Dirty Sally's not only has the dough figured out...but it is always delicious! When I questioned the proprietor how his dough comes out so well...especially for being made at 9,700 feet...he told me that it not only took him 4 months to get the right process...but that at this elevation, the barometric pressure affects what he has to do. He told me that he can see the dough on top of the ovens and tell instantly whether or not it is working correctly. Try this pizzeria...great beer and a pool table as well!!
