I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store today…read more I saw two Xbox games priced the same -- one with a clean case but no disc inside, and another with a disc but a damaged case. Since there was no sign indicating that discs are kept behind the counter, l reasonably assumed the disc was missing and placed it into the better case. Instead of calmly explaining their policy, the employee immediately responded in an aggressive and disrespectful way, telling me to "put that shit back." Only afterward did he explain that the discs are kept at the counter - something that should have been clearly communicated to customers in the first place. A simple explanation would have avoided the entire situation. Being spoken to like that was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What made this even more upsetting was reading another customer's review describing how staff openly discussed taking advantage of a child who unknowingly brought in a rare Galaxy 3DS XL and traded it for a regular 3DS -- which is far less valuable. Instead of informing the child of what he had, they reportedly took advantage of the situation and even bragged about it afterward.Seeing behavior like that toward a kid is honestly disturbing and unethical. After experiencing the rude treatment myself, it's hard to believe this was an isolated incident. On top of all of this, many of the games and consoles here are significantly overpriced compared to other stores. This is especially concerning for beginners or casual gamers who may not yet know typical market values. The good news is that everything once inside the door was great. I was there to find a guitar, and they had a decent selection of not only guitars but other nice musical instruments as well. Almost went home with a nice drum set as well Found a Fender Stratocaster that was perfect. I had great customer service the entire way through. I got a solid deal on the guitar and an amp. They threw in a few small pieces, which I needed since it's been so long since I have played and I appreciated them putting those little extras into the deal and not trying to nickel and dime me the entire time. Actually, during the hour there with the sales rep was easy going, didn't put any unnecessary sales pressure,. The sales rep was truly helpful and gave straightforward answers and help when I asked him any questions. I'm surprised at the negative reviews- first of all keep your damn receipt and check for the date…read morethat you have to go back in and pay on your loan or pick up your merchandise ---If you don't pay it in time, they will still send you a card in the mail saying come in now it's overdue and give you another chance to either pay on the loan or pay and pick up your item. You have to be responsible and proactive and check/remember for the date or dates where they still let you come in to claim your merchandise. --Next of all if they tell you that your jewelry is worth this or that and if you don't like it go somewhere else. People this is a pawn shop. Somebody wrote that they lost their jewelry. Bring in your drivers license or identification, they could look it up that way. Negative comments here people most likely lost the receipt and forgot about the date to go in because even if you lose the receipt if you go in on the proper date without a receipt, they just charge you like five dollars more because you forgot your receipt as long as you go in by the due date. By the way, I have bought a couple of pieces of jewelry here that are beautiful and reasonable. I love my birthstone ring- all I'm saying is this place is not bad- they're trying to run a business. I personally give them five stars and I can't tell you anybody's name that works there. I've seen them different times because I like going by and looking at their jewelry from time to time when I pass through that part of town.

As the door is unlocked one of the employees comes from the parking lot and walks right in front of me as if I work for him, no thanks or excuse me or may I help you. He immediately goes to the person behind the counter who never acknowledges me. Feeling a little disrepected, I say I'll can spend my money elsewhere, I turn to leave the store and have to wait almost 2 minutes to be buzzed out. I refuse to spend my money anywhere people are not eager to separate me from it. My advice, find a place that appreciates your patronage even if you have to spend a little more.
