Maroon Truck with company logo on the back of his truck..he dodged his insurnace so it took over 2 months to get my car in the shop, I contacted the business owner he was somewhat empathetic said he would probably make him take the giant sticker of his truck and appreciated me calling..I'm only posting this because I felt the owner was too busy to talk so that's the rest of my story..

I called RedFox for an estimate on my roof. The rep, Colin, showed up late to 8:00am appointment…read moreafter sending confirming text at 7:00am. Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.
