A gentleman named "Doc" and the highly trained crew were extremely professional, kind, and very hard-working and we hope they enjoyed the cookies, brownies, and popsicles my wife gave to them each day. Half way through the service I overheard a phone call where he was berating and using foul language, I have two small children so I was not happy to say the least. When I stepped outside to ask him to please take his phone call to his vehicle the owner exhibited rudeness that compounded my frustration. To make matters worse, the cleaning process resulted in significant damage to my pool deck, leaving me with an unsightly and costly repair. Such behavior and service quality are inexcusable, and I would strongly advise others to seek alternative pressure washing services.

Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. The other company was/is absolutely terrible to deal with , but they hit it out of the park with recommending Omar and his team. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the only thing was the plates weren't all put back on the sockets and many were misplaced (gfi plate on non gfi outlets) but that was an assistant the painters just brought in for the day to help them get things wrapped up. Small potatoes in my book, again especially in comparison to the remodeling company I'm using for the rest of my home. Truly a great experience with Dr. Paint. I wanted to review on yelp because people can delete bad or so-so Google reviews. (that's how I found the other place - 5 stars on Google & then their yelp was 1 star!!!!) Our normal appliance repairman wasn't available, but he recommended Steve, who advertises regularly in the Pennysaver. We called him, and he was available - he thought he would be able to come out that afternoon, but when he saw he would be delayed, he phoned and promised to come by at 9 a.m. the following morning. The doorbell rang at 9 on the dot. He and his son came in, took out the old microwave and installed the new one in record time. The price was very reasonable, and we'll definitely call him again when we need help. According to his business card, "no job is too small".
