The quote was extremely reasonable, especially given the amount of cabinetry and additional panels involved, and Ernie repeatedly adapted to our evolving choices. And the work itself was all drop-dead gorgeous: perfect fits in our very imperfect, uneven old house, with precise lines, a solid feeling of quality, and beautiful finishes and woodgrain matches. Ernie's stated priority is to deliver a product that truly works for his clients and the way they live, and that's exactly what he did for us. As a result, we now have a stunning chef's kitchen that accommodates all our own idiosyncrasies and eccentricities, and bathrooms with "floating" vanities that visually and practically define those remodeled rooms and give us joy every day. Although I had worked building cabinets for many years, I learned quite a bit from his presentation. Ernie asks pertinent questions on almost all aspects of the things people are looking for. His queries streamlined the process and helped guide our decisions. I think he goes through the process as much to help himself as to help his clients. No surprises make for a happy customer. They did our kitchen, utility/laundry room, pantry, 3 bathrooms, and a hall linen cabinet. There were some areas we had to work through, but when all is said and done, we are very satisfied. The cabinets are exactly what we wanted and the install is great. They finished up the job by doing a final run through making sure everything was in order.
