She answered all our questions and clearly walked us through the steps to complete the rental process over the phone. The agreement was sent via email then signed electronically. She then went over how to access the storage unit, followed by text instructions. The location is easy to find. No issues with the gate code. Buildings are marked and instruction signs in appropriate places. The green plastic tag was broken but the brand-new lock was still inside. Clean unit and property, monitored by security cameras throughout. Rent is comparable to other storage places but they had a promo that saved us on the first month.

I…read morewas unable to get in my storage unit due to a lock issue on 8/20.I emailed the store and let them know I would be vacating on 8/20. I hired movers and had to pay them for their time. My belongings say in the storage for 3 days due to the dispatch service not communicating to the Mt. Juliet storage location. I emailed the Property Manager and she was on vacation from 08/17-08/23. Go store it had no one filling in at the location because they can't keep adequate staffing. My daughter and I had been sleeping on the floor, had to buy dishes and other household items due to not being able to get in my storage. I kept getting promises of a call back and nothing. On 08/22 the General Manager called and said he would meet me at the location on 08/23 to assist with the lock. Once I arrived the lock mysteriously opened with no issues. Jacqueline called and was extremely rude and told me it's my problem no Go Store it. No apology just blame and negative responses. This is sad because the Property Manager is amazing but Jacqueline is awful and would not give me any answers, remorse, or concern. This will be addressed legally. Because no one should have to go through this whole transitioning to a new city with a toddler.

However it wasn't a simple break issue. 10 more minutes down the road it stalls out and I have no air unless I keep restarting the truck. It stalled out twice while I was just sitting in it. I'm currently sitting in my car that is attached to the back of the uhaul to get some air in this 95 degree heat. I spoke to another representative of budget and they were rude with me telling me there is nothing they can do when I am 20 min away and they can just come get the truck and I can take my car off and go home and cancel the order. They then called a tow service. They give me the crappy truck to drive but won't drive it back themselves and want to call a tow and it's taking an hr and a half. I am a woman alone with this truck and they refuse to offer any sort of support. It's going on 2 hrs and counting.
