I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

After purchasing our now forever home in White House, TN, we decided to hire a local full service moving company. The previous 2x's, we rented a large U-haul truck & hired U-haul's recommended co to handle the physical part of it. Both times, there were 2 men. Both times they did a fantastic job. Not a thing was broken or disturbed & the cost was very reasonable. Enter Family Movers - They recommended 3 men at a cost of $209 per hour + a $99 trip charge. It ended up being $1300 + to move us 9 blocks. (Twice the cost of U-haul.) It was a hot day (6/25/25), but we had cold bottles of water for the guys & the A/C on full blast. The load in was easy. 25' from our 1 story ranch to their old truck. One of the guys spent more time complaining & finding ways to stay inside where it was cool. We had some expensive pieces of furniture, I pointed out. One being a 150 yr old trunk from Europe that ultimately ended up getting tossed around, throwing the contents inside all around, breaking a delicate, decorative cover. Next, we caught one of their guys ROLLING our round leather ottoman full of priceless family keepsakes & photos out to the truck! As they finished unloading & were in a rush to get out the door, I asked them if they had re-hooked up our washer & dryer? They hadn't. (Should movers disconnect appliances, they're obligated to reconnect them). After they supposedly took care of reconnecting the washer & dryer, they left. The next day, we needed to do laundry. It turns out they ripped the end of the dryer vent hose & didn't take the extra 2 mins to place it back on correctly using a screwdriver to tighten the clamp on the hose. (our laundry room was completely wet). They also lost the clamp to the washer hose, and water FILLED our new laundry room! I contacted FM's boss, sent him photos & an explanation, but he blamed us!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!

Thankfully, Two Men and a Truck made my last move (and hopefully truly the last for a while) as pleasant as moving can possibly be. I moved from the West side of Nashville to the East side and scheduling the appointment was very easy (and I appreciated that they gave me a very specific arrival time). The staff was very friendly, they worked quickly and all said, our move out of our old house and into our new house took less than 4 hours. They came exactly when they said they would and all of our items arrived without injury. I had a horrible, horrible experience with my previous movers so I was really happy that this move was headache-free.

The prices here are on par, to a little bit lower than the other places in Hendersonville, but the security is what really got our attention. No open gates, tons of cameras, out of the way location so no easy access. I went in today to rent our unit and talked with a different gentleman, Jules I believe, who was just as helpful. Paperwork was a breeze.
