We had a lot of bugs on our windshield and went through the gentle touch place. For $20 it was decent but it didn't get all the bugs off. The rest of the car was pretty clean and I like how you get a minute to go through the air dryer at the end. After you exit there are self serve vacuums. It would be nice if you could get a cloth to dry off the car but they didn't have any for sale. If your car is filthy and you want to remove a layer of grime so you don't look like a bum rolling up some place, this is okay. I would say save a few bucks and just go for the basic wash...no need to go for the $20 version.
