You go into the Circle K store to pay for a ticket with a code to punch into the kiosk at the entrance to the car wash. Several times I've paid for the Super Wash $14.00 which includes these options: CLEANING - WASHING - POLISHING - SURFACE PROTECTANT - SPOT FREE RINSE - AIR DRYING. In times past, each option would get a green arrow that lights up on the display board as it goes through that option. But, the most recent 2 times I've gone through the wash over the past year, the computerized display board goes from WASHING - to SPOT FREE RINSE - IMMEDIATELY without any lapse in between. When I go back into the store to complain to the counter staff, the 1st time I was given a new ticket- went through the wash and ALL the options lit up as they are supposed to do. The 2nd time, he says, "It's just that the light bulbs are out in the sign, and we're waiting to the get the bulbs; but it still works." - yeah right. If it was the bulb being out, the system would not jump IMMEDIATELY to the Spot Free Rinse, but would hesitate while it actually does the Polishing - Surface Protectant steps! Yes, I understand that you don't call a business out as cheating the customer, if you have no proof...so...and I get it that I should just wash the car myself, etc etc. And yes, I did find a better place to go from now on.

I tell the pharmacist that I have a new prescription with refills and an old prescription with refills (both of the same drugs), and could she transfer both? Her immediate reply is that different states have different expiration dates. What the fuck? So I ask her to just try, because that just doesn't make any sense. You can't just change an expiration date because the state is different. I tell her I'm in no rush and will back tomorrow. Day two: I come to pick my prescriptions up. They are ready, and I give them my insurance card. (FYI, my prescription with the older expiration dates were never mentioned, so I'm assuming they didn't even try to transfer those ovee. I decide to not say anything and just lose out on those refills.) The pharmacist has to call my insurance in order to try to get them covered. I see that they are busy, so I tell them I'm in no rush, I'll come get them all tomorrow. Day three: I decide to go through the drive thru this time. Lane 1 had a car, so I pull up to lane 2, only to be told that "lane 2 is out of service." Why was there not a car blocking lane 2 then? Or a sign to tell people not to pull up to lane 2? Since the parking lot is one way, I have to drive onto the street and back around. I go inside this time. Only 2 of my three prescriptions are ready. I had told them to transfer 3. Where the other one is, I'm not sure. Also, one of them is not covered under insurance. This is day 3, I've been patient as all hell, and was not given the courtesy of being called to tell me why only 2 were filled and that one of them wasnt covered by insurance. I walked out with nothing and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

And, I quote the pharmacist here: " So if you need more you will need to call your insurance and I know that sounds like a pain in the a*$ but that's all Walgreens will do. So I used AI to know better and As surely as God Almighty lives, I found the form for requesting the records by fax or email to a Walgreens which is set up for this purpose. Should a pharmacist be so sure to be so unsure and unprofessional with their speech? I appreciate you reading and doing well for yourself so advise another pharmacy and location if you want folks to direct you with real knowledge...about things pertaining to their job and/or Reason, in general.

Everyone was friendly and engaging. I had a very pleasant conversation with a gentleman who worked there regarding my car. It's unassuming but, the staff inside were two very friendly and kind guys working the counter and deli bar who took our order and made us some huge and delicious sandwiches. I had a chicken salad wrap on spinach with lettuce, tomato, and onion and my husband went with their signature roasted turkey and bacon club. His was HUGE and my wrap was delicious with fresh and yummy chicken salad. Our toddler had a good time roaming the aisles and we had a quiet, easy lunch with her. Great spot. Hidden gem I think.
