Instead of replacing tile put some plastic mat in front of shower without asking if that's what we wanted.( Believe the leak is coming from there) Had screws sticking out of other side of wall to dining area which they did repair. Dave did the inspection and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done including some repairs. The crew were pleasant, punctual and efficient. Dave was on the roof every single day to make sure everything was done right. When rain threatened, Dave and the crew came earlier. They struggled against the wind to place a cover to protect from rain damage and to finish the job on time. I was very impressed. Another thing, we used to hear rats running around in the attic. It's been 3 months now and we haven't heard any activity. Dave said all the opening are covered with wire mesh. Thank you Dave.
