After my tire popped on I-10, I was thankful to have ended up near big bend tire. I was recommended to the business by some locals in the area. They were busy but were still able to help me get on my way by replacing my busted tire and even helping me get an idea on the health of my other tires. The whole situation was very scary and stressful, but the staffs kindness and willingness to help made the situation easier to manage. read more

A BIG thank you to the team at Big Bend Tire for helping me and my wife out today. While traveling on I-10 West-bound we started experiencing tremors throughout our vehicle. Big Bend was the closest tire care facility to us; roughly 16 miles away. We called the store and the receptionist said they could fit us in. Shortly after arriving one of the techs took our vehicle for a test ride and determined the driver front and passenger rear tires separated internally. The tech showed us exactly where the issues were; unfortunately, they did not have replacement tires. Big Bend staff did not charge us for their time. Additionally, they informed us of the best backroad to take to Tire Kingdom in Tallahassee (slowly & safely). Although the Big Bend staff did not make any repairs on my vehicle, I am impressed with the friendly office manager, receptionist, and the experience of the technician who helped us out today. I showed up without an appointment to get a tire repaired. When I arrived, all four bays were occupied with other vehicles, and so I expected a wait of an hour or more for a technician to get freed up. However, they got me out of there in less than 20 minutes. Both the office staff and the technicians were extremely friendly and polite. The price of the repair was completely reasonable, especially considering the speed of the service. read more

I took my F150 truck , actually they towed my truck, in yesterday at 4:30 after it wouldn't start. They replaced the starter and had everything fixed this morning by 9:30.
