The mashed tasted too artificial and again, extremely salty. Are going for gallstones, here? I was thinking maybe it was just me, but then I sampled my friend's Truffle Pasta. At this point, I had no expectations that it would be anything different. True enough, although the pasta wasn't too salty, it was too garlicky and there was almost no hint of truffles.
