I booked Big Blue Photo Booth for my wedding after our original photo booth rental did not work out. I am so glad to have found this company because they were so professional and reliable throughout. I was able to communicate with Drew through text and he is very quick to respond. He sent me my wedding logo a few days after booking and it looked great. The day of the wedding, they arrived promptly and had great communication with the person I designated in charge. I opted out of having a photo album because I wanted guests to place their photo strips in a scrapbook and sign it. Guests were able to do so because they received two copies of their photo strips and the company was okay with it. The attendant was great and professional. The photos came out high quality. The only thing is that it's hard to read props with words on it because of course, the photo is small. Nonetheless, my guests had a blast. About 2 days after my wedding, they emailed a link to download all of the photos taken and we loved seeing our guests so happy in all of the photos. Communication was easy peasy! We had to call initially to receive a special rate, which is a steal because Big Blue always has some awesome promotion going on--be sure to ask! All other correspondences were through e-mail, and Drew was very prompt in his responses. We rented an enclosed booth for four hours, which included a custom logo design, unlimited photos sessions and prints for our guests, digital downloads of every photo (which we received the next day), props, an attendant, and a keepsake album with every print. Big Blue Photo Booth has several options to customize the photo booth and size of the prints to suit your needs or event, and they're responsive and flexible to any changes. Drew happily changed our logo (from one they had designed) to one a friend created, just weeks before the wedding. Sadly, we didn't get to experience the photo booth, ourselves, but our guests of all ages had a great time. Matt was our onsite attendant, and he was punctual and had a great sense of humor. I took my family to the Queen Mary to celebrate Christmas. I was looking forward to meeting Santa and having our picture taken with him. I had three heroes last Friday the 8th: Drew, Nicole, and Alex. As a first-time member of PTA, I was given the task of planning the Welcome Dance for my son's middle school. Part of this was finding a photo booth to book, which I'd never done before. I didn't know where to look, who to contact, etc. so I looked on Yelp and found a positively-reviewed, 5-star photo booth vendor. Enter Big Blue Photo Booth. I read all the reviews for them. 5 stars across the board, along with glowing reviews. So I decided to give them a call and see what they could do for me. I spoke to Drew and gave him all the details of the dance and could they provide 2 booths? Absolutely, said Drew. In fact, he cut us a deal for hiring the 2 booths since it was a school dance. All the terms of hiring the booths were clearly stated in the contract Drew sent me, along with a proof of the graphic that would go on the photo strip. I was very impressed by how he was always available to answer all my questions via text, email and phone. Drew's team, Nicole and Alex, were pretty awesome too. They texted me on the day of the dance to confirm the location of our school. They arrived early and set-up right away. Nicole and Alex were great with the kids and had a fun collection of props for them to use! The kids were so happy with their photos that they returned after their first shoot to take more photos with more friends and more props! And Nicole and Alex were of course happy to oblige. :) After the dance, I received nothing but compliments on the photo booths from the school staff and my PTA colleagues. I, too, was very happy with the services that Drew, Nicole and Alex provided. They helped make my first dance a huge success! Drew was AMAZING! Hired them for my family's annual Halloween party last week and literally so amazing. Due to the amount of guests we had and everyone loving the photo booth, he ran out of photo paper but someone with his team was there for the rescue quite shortly. He made sure to find each person that was in a photo that was printed after the replacement paper showed up, so personal and we appreciated that.
