We were told that they would be out next time they were in our area we have been waiting over six months. When they first came out they actually found that the fascia itself was damaged due to a poor install by the previous homeowner with tiny nails instead of proper screws. They couldn't fix that the same day, but quickly came out again with all the proper supplies to get the job done. We hired CCI through an energy audit company. Now after 2 years, I can say that we've had some…read moreissues. Starting with the good: They answer phone calls quickly, and show up as scheduled. The bad: They cut an access hatch in a nice knee wall, and sloppily framed the crooked hole and closed it with a crude piece of plywood, using four deadbolts. Also, they accidentally sprayed spray-foam on our white garage door exterior, it turned yellow and unsightly. Their remedy was to repaint that one door panel, but it's a different white than the rest of the door, so it stands out. It took forever to get them to come fix the garage door, I re-did the access hatch myself. All in all, I'm not impressed with Cape Cod Insulation.
