We suddenly found ourselves in the market for a new cleaning crew because our existing house cleaners of 20 years unfortunately had to stop operating ... AND being on the Cape, especially because a lot of the summer help is rotating or temporary, I wasn't sure we would find a reliable or responsible crew. However, from the onset, (unlike the 4 other cleaning services we interviewed) Clem, the owner of E3C Services, was ready to please, highly responsive, communicative, reliable, professional and reasonable . Clem worked with us to understand our cleaning needs and remained open and flexible to accommodate - we have five different family's that use our home during the summer (all with different timelines and needs) so this was key and so appreciated! Ok ok - probably MOST IMPORTANTLY - Clem and his crew work very hard and leave your home shiny and spotless! We agreed to a five hour first time spring clean and not one surface or corner was overlooked. Clem and his crew cleaned walls, baseboards, floors, sills, objects, ceilings, inside oven , cabinets, behind furniture and of course the usual suspects - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors. Clem will bring everything including vacuum, mop, cleaning products, but will use anything you provide (which I preferred diff products etc., in some instances). He responded quickly, was great communicating about exactly what services we wanted (including laundry & remaking the beds), and checked in with questions and photos during the actual cleaning to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Our place is spotless now and looks absolutely beautiful! Rates were reasonable as well for a first deep clean -- $350 for a 3BR/2BA top to bottom, plus laundering sheets/towels from a recent rental. Clem really did a great job cleaning our apartment. I have been searching for a new cleaning service for monthly cleanings and I think I've finally found someone. I cook every night during the week so my kitchen usually requires quite a bit of scrubbing and most cleaning services have a hard time getting it clean. He did an excellent job. Clem and his wife are a GODSEND on the Outer Cape where your choices of cleaning services range between terrible and horrible (you can see some of my negative reviews to see who I hate.) I am in a desperate situation in Truro because my mother sadly died in April leaving her house already booked with tenants for the summer and I have had to manage it. The company she had chosen is HORRID -- no communication at all, not doing what was requested, charging me $450 for a 40 minute cleaning job where all they did was mop and lightly clean kitchen/baths. But I also needed cleaners for my own home in Wellfleet because I also have tenants coming in, but I could not find anyone who actually does a good job, who communicates well, who responds to texts, and who is trustworthy. AND THEN I FOUND E3C (aka Clem) AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL! Clem & his wife cleaned my house in Wellfleet today, and granted it was a very deep "spring clean", but they were here for over 8 hours!!! My house is the cleanest it has ever been in its life, they did every single nook and cranny and even the windows, the sills, all fixtures, all fans, inside drawers -- everything! Everything that other bigger cleaning companies say that they will do, but they don't really. I was honestly at the point of giving up renting my house because the stress of the changeover cleanings and these horrible companies with their huge staffs that never text you, never communicate, and do a crappy job was just so frustrating. If you feel like I did, call Clem and his wife and they will turn everything around for you just like they did for me. I can now go back to work in California with complete trust that my home and my mother's home are in wonderful safe hands with Clem. read more

I live in Oakland and found Clem on Craigslist. I connected via text and he responded promptly and professionally. I described my small apartment and my cleaning needs and he provided me with a quote that was fair and affordable. His work is fast and very detail oriented. He brings and uses his own products that leave the place smelling so clean and fresh without the harsh chemical burning smell. We now have Clem come every two weeks to clean and he is in and out in 1.5/2 hours. When Clem leaves, we feel at ease because he leaves our place so clean and orderly. Clem as a person is very nice, friendly and trustworthy.I love learning about his family and we often share recipes and restaurant recommendations.
