Had Gutter Pro come out to quote putting on heated roof cables on the roof line and within the gutters and downspouts. Considering the huge ice damns we had last year, my Husband and I were willing to pay for heat cables rather than getting up on ladders again. Their salesman came out to my home, took measurements and pictures and promptly sent me a quote. I gave them a deposit and then waited two months for my turn in their cue. The first time their installers came out, they did not have the appropriate length of cable AND they were surprised at the scope of work so we had to reschedule. Upon trying to reschedule the job, I was told: "The job is too much work, we can't do it." REALLY?!?!?! I got my deposit back but now I have no options to have anyone else do this work. It's too late in the season and you can't even find heat trace cables at the home improvement stores because they're sold out! We originally had the Englert LeafGuard gutter system installed by Gutter Pro in 1999. It has worked perfectly for 18+ years. However when we had a new roof installed the roofers must have been a little rough with the gutters. 2 pieces of aluminum on an inside corner that were connected got separated resulting in a water leak. In the winter it was a steady stream of water that froze into a big mound of ice directly in front of our front door! I called Gutter Pro about this problem, which wasn't of their making, and Bob checked it out and said they could fix it. Then Dave and Dave came and made the repair. We could not be happier. During Nor'easter Riley this past weekend in which we lost power and endured very heavy rain, not a drop of water leaked. after building our new house.. we knew we needed to get gutters.. calling Jason was the best thing we did.. not only did he come personally, but also after listening to my design ideas.. made up samples and brought 4 different options.. and our lucky stars.. one even matched our trim.. so we didn't need to paint them. other architects have thought they were custom! If I could give a negative rating I absolutely would. Stay away from this company for now, I got excuse after excuse as to why they never showed for the estimate then why they showed 2 hrs late for the make up of the original no show then proceed to tell me they don't even do cleanings without installation in my area when I was very explicit as to what I wanted and the girl assured me they do it. Horrible communication for a company. Then got more excuses that it was because they are getting new software, the girls new etc etc....terrible, would NEVER use or recommend! Then ended with an estimate that was hundreds over what was verbally estimated, I would NEVER trust them! read more

I needed to install new gutters on my house, and got a couple of quotes. GutterPro was priced competitively but I was more impressed with their knowledge and recommendations. Their field rep came out and went through what my options were, and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough and provided a detailed quote that listed everything they would provide. I felt he had a very good command of what the best setup would be for installing the gutters. Within two weeks they were ready for installation, and showed up on time. Everything looks nice and presentable. 2 men showed up that actually spoke English and were from America which in today's service industry is hard to find. All in all good job.
