Every week when I decided I'd waited long enough and that I would take it somewhere else, Darren would ask for another week to complete it. After 4 months he finally loaded the correct firmware...4 MONTHS. I live out of town and wanted him to ship it to me which was also taking a couple of weeks so I had an OKC friend pick it up for me. When I was finally able to inspect it, it was missing parts, one not expensive but important, and the antenna for my Walksnail Gimble Camera which is not only important but expensive as well. I'm shocked at myself that I put up with such poor service for so long only to receive an incomplete item (Damaged/Defective Merchandise). I weirdly feel like I've been getting pranked this entire time because I've never had such poor service from any product or vendor in any capacity in my life... and I'm in my 50s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit.
