Vanessa, my assigned groomer, spent a long time going over my dog's history and getting to know her before she took her back. When I arrived to pick her up, I was blown away by how good my dog looked. And how happy she seemed. Vanessa went over everything she did, asking if I wanted her to change anything or do anything else before I left-- it seemed like she took a lot of pride in her work and wanted to make sure I was happy. They take walk-ins for grooming, or it was easy to get an appointment over the phone.
