For the past year, we have called for them to come and fix them-either they gave a day they would show up and didn't or they claimed they went by but no one was there, which is false. Either way, the problems were not fixed and now we are having to replace a brand new roof with another company because, once again, Triple E said they would come out to take a look at our roof after the major hail storm and never showed up!! The communication and customer service is horrible. Even when we actually went to the office to speak to someone in person, either the manager was not there or she was very rude.

Estrella made it easy. The price was fair, they got us on the schedule quickly, and they showed up when they said they would. The crew kept the area clean and neat, were careful and respectful around the house, and they did excellent work. Weston quickly responded to our call and gave us a bid that was $1,000 less than the other roofer. The two guys that did the work definitely knew what they were doing. They took it apart first and replaced the rafters and decking where wet rot had ruined the integrity of the structure. Then they put on a double layer of roofing. The men who did our roof wwere Hugo and Ruben, who arrived on time and presented well, dressed in clean Tru Built shirts. They were polite and, most importantly, they did a solid, good job. About 11 weeks later, we had a home inspector (on an unrelated matter), who inspected the roof and determined it was all good, save for a tiny 3" spot where a small bit of shingle was not entirely adhered to the patio roof. We called Weston and he was here right away. He then sent a man, Cale, to repair it. What impressed us was that this worker took time to re-inspect all the tiles to be SURE all was done as correctly as possible. Also, some companies are nice when they want your business, but then ignore customers who later need help. TruBuilt is not like that. They are helpful and friendly all the way through.
