Very next day we had a crew here testing for mold. David was a very respectful/well mannered gentleman. They found the mold . Removed the mold. Didnthe entire processes. We then decided to remove the bay windows and put a flat wall, replace a few windows. The was so impressive i had them come back to work on my roof . The replaces rotted plywood on roof and patio. Reshingled. Then i had them come back to do thebfirst bathroom. Total remodel. I cant imagine anyone not being 110% satisfied with disastrr master. Highly recommend. Worst experience ever with a contractor. It took 3 times for them to install our shower. Owner himself came and had a leak in the vanity then we didn't have hot water and owner came back out again. They stapled tarps up to our hallway for the mold removal and did a terrible job of repainting the hallway and now won't answer phone calls and texts about addressing the poor job of painting. their drywall work was substandard as well with terrible job around the windows and obvious seams. Brought it up to the manager (tristan) in person the first time and he said that's the best they could do. I ended having to report them to the AZ Attorney general for them to address some of these issues that they didn't want to fix. but still no response about their paint job. Also he repeatedly stated he won't do any work until the other part is paid off because he didnt trust us. don't reccomend this poorly ran company to anyone. steer very clear of them. read more

We had some framing issues in the hallway of our home new home. The issues affected a 8 foot hallway. Because the framing was poorly done, the wall had to be stripped down and refinished. At end of each phase, I was asked if satisfactory and if I wanted any changes in next phase.
