I tried this place on a Saturday when it was modestly busy. I was greeted politely and seated promptly, but things got off to a rough start as I was seated underneath a really strong vent blowing cool air. It was cold outside that day so this really didn't work. I was moved with no issue. I noted that just a minute later another couple was seated there, and within a few minutes they moved also. I ordered a wing basket with tater tots and a drink--no Coke products, so a root beer for me. I like having tater tots for an option, they are hard to mess up and always tasty. You can split the wing basket--I ordered some mild original, and some medium honey BBQ. As noted elsewhere, the Original is not buffalo wings, it's a plain butter sauce. I don't believe they offer Buffalo style. The wings were big, and nicely crisp on the outside, but maybe just a bit dry. The honey bbq sauce was mostly just sweet, and I detected no spiciness. The presentation was good--the two wing flavors were separated by the tots. Overall the wings were just OK. I went for the fried oreos for dessert. They are nicely presented as a real dessert, with chocolate sauce and just a little powdered sugar drizzled on, served with ice cream. Easily shareable and definitely more than a novelty, they are very good. Service was polite and very attentive, almost overly so but much better than being ignored. The decor inside is pretty much wall to wall TVs, I'm not sure I've ever seen that many in the same space. The bathroom was clean and ready. Overall I'd probably go back, but watch for the blowing menus and order something besides wings (they offer many different dishes). read more

The management is fine, however, when I went here to eat with my daughter, I had a friend who I used to work with as my waitress. There was another waiter helping him. Well, I had ordered some mimosas that day and before I could tell the waiter I wasn't done with it, he took it ... sat down in the booth in front of me and snuck and downed the rest of the mimosa that I had paid for! First time here and new to the area. We felt like some Wings tonight so we decided to give this place a try. They had decent reviews. We had the fried mushrooms, Dumpster fries and 10 wings. The wings were really good and so was the dumpster fries. Walking in the place kinda reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wings. I think the wings are better here. Service was pretty good. Made sure we had refills and that we had what we needed. Managers all working and making sure everyone was taken care of. We got to use a coupon from yelp 15% off which made things even better. As a dasher we don't get paid to wait. I have now been sitting here 45 mins waiting on two orders that should technically be ready or about to be ready when we come in. A friend recommended this location, my first time here. I walked in and was greeted.......by David and felt welcomed. Hi, I really hate to make complaints,but something on my heart told me I should share my horrible experience. I was really excited to try out big city wings because of the great news I heard from a friend. It went down hill when my waitress Bryce didn't greet us so nicely! He never came to the table to ask us what we would like to drink until after we got our food and we had already started eating. I also had a complaint of over the wings I received because the sauce was not what I expected.I asked him could I exchange my wings because the sauce was distasteful and kind of cold. Bryce proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help me and would have to charge me for an entire new wing basket!!! Like come on that's not fair to the customer. What happen to making the customer happy? Ten minutes into eating he brought us our check and continued to come by the table looking for our debit/cash on the check. I felt rushed and not wanted at this place. He apologized for continuously coming to the table and said,"Sorry I'm not trying to rush you guys." Once we paid our tab he grabbed our plates off of the table with our food still on the plates. He took our plates to the kitchen. I yelled, Bryce!!! Bryce!!! He proceeded to walk! This was probably my worst experience. I walked in and ordered wings to go. I paid an upcharge for salad and that wss ok. I went to sit down and my order was presented. I also saw a little foil packet. I asked what is this? And was told that is your celery. I said what, two pieces? Not policy. And i was also greeted by a young man who told me my request for additional celery would be STEALING. .BUT I PAID FOR MY ORDER. When Dave came around again the people complaining about music also said WHERES THE CELERY WITH MY WINGS. WE joined forces to ask, why cant we have more than one or two pieces if celery. We were told its policy and MANAGER DAVE DISAPPEARED. HE WAS DRESSED NICE BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I really liked this place in January before travelling for work. Returned for a favorite, but was disappointed for my 30 plus dollar lunch to take to my family. This is not what I expected. I paid too much to drive to the grocery for celery and dressing. This place needs an overhaul of managers. Dave, you are NOT a good person for management. Sometimes you need to know when to loosen the reigns. Cool spot!! We all came here to hangout and to celebrate the purchase of my new home. The food was really good. I had the lemon pepper chicken strips and my Boo had the pulled pork nachos. Our server took our order, brought our food out (ignoring the requests for straws we made both times) and we never heard from her again until we had another server hunt her down for the bill. I had to get things myself. The manager did not seem too concerned that a customer was having to go up to the bar for straws and the employees only area to get their own silverware (He was standing there both times). This was after waiting patiently for 40 minutes and requesting straws on three occasions. We have kids and their drinks come with lids. Had to ask a third server for the check and then a forth to check us out. I am not one to usually leave negative reviews, however; I feel justified since I actually paid our bill instead of walking out. I feel bad for the few servers that were working their butts off who also had to pick up the slack for our server. Wish we were in your section. Not my favorite. I ordered a house margarita on the rocks which had little to no alcohol. I am a lightweight and felt nothing after drinking it. The wings were okay. My husband ordered the 3rd hottest sauce and he didn't think it was hot at all. For comparison, he orders the third hottest sauce at BW3s and loves it. He also ordered the bbq sauce and did like that. I ordered the garlic parmesan sauce which is also what I ordered at BW3s and prefer the latter. The service here was awful. We ordered classic lemon pepper wings and chicken tenders for my sons. Waitress brought out boneless wings so we sent them back. Then she brought out correct Wings that had seasoning just dumped on top so some had a pile of seasoning while others had no seasoning. Then when I asked if my son could have BBQ sauce with his tenders she said it's additional $.25 which I though was odd because usually chicken tenders come with a dipping sauce.
