DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Most reviews on other websites are fake I'm sure made up by them. This…read moreis a REAL REVIEW. My boyfriend bought a car from these people exactly one year ago. It is completely undriveable as of today. A complete scam. Have had nothing but problems and the car has been in the shop more than we have driven it. Was not notified about any wrecks or previous accidents at all. One day we were driving and a part literally fell out of the car. Luckily we were only going about 35mph or we would have been seriously hurt. Ever since that day we havent driven the car because even when it's fixed It won't go above 35 and check engine light won't stop flashing. We've replaced almost Everything and only had it one year. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!

First, we are honest consumers and realize people make mistakes, so we are forgiving too. We had…read morered flags, but were desperate in getting our kid a car to help her out. As far as selling the car was right price, so if you are desperate then go ahead. They take otherwise total loss cars and rebuild them. They advertise on Craiglist and their own website. Their prices differ between these sites just be ware. When we asked about the price difference Omar (owner) stated that his sister may have done it wrong. When we visited the owner(Omar) and his brother(Ali) were nice, at some point had them at ease enough for them to even brag about how they had fought off law suites, which in hindsight, we were stupid to deal with them at this point. They use old parts from cars they have off their own lot and local lots. What you get is a rebuilt model that may or may not have original parts. None of the cars tires matched, which caused some vibrations at higher hwy speeds. The car lights went out within a week and so did the heater and AC blower. We bought a car, did about an additional $1K of work( we planned to need some work, all used cars usually need something) on it to be sure my kid was driving a car that won't break down in the middle of the road. found multiple issues that were not on the surface, but since we signed an " as is" sell, we felt we just go ahead and just fix it. The dealership never sent her the title, under Kentucky state law after 30 days it is a civil lawsuit for failure to transfer (it's well over 30 day)...the Owner never once apologized and was rude...his fix was to give another tag for another 30 days, which is actually illegal and will help with our now civil suit to prove they are a dishonest dealership. anyway, we read reviews, from people who obviously never really been to this dealership- this is an honest and fair review, just be cautious if you are desperate and expect the car to need a lot of additional work.

We were told they could find us the car we wanted from another dealer and add a trailer hitch that we wanted. When we went to pick up the car we were told that they had to order the trailer hitch and would send it to another dealer closer to home, to install it. When we called about the hitch we were told it was never included in our deal, we would have to not only order and purchase it but pay to have it install. They also lead us to believe the car had a paint protection warranty that came with the purchase. It did not we paid extra $1500. for it that we didn't agree to. Two months later we find out they transferred our old plate from our trade-in to the new car in the wrong plate number. Now I'm getting the run-around trying to correct it. Terrible dealerships avoid at all cost.

I would like to share my experience at one of your recent locations. My wife went to the Subaru of…read moreOntario. I have reached out to the general manager and I am currently awaiting a response, but in the meantime, I think you should know how my wife's afternoon went. I'm so sorry to have had a bad experience here. My wife took in her car for its regular maintenance and they told her she had a nail in her tire and they were going to fix it no problem. They patched it up and sent her on her way. Great! After they patched the tire, she got a low tire pressure warning and sure enough, the tire wouldn't hold any air. We figured we would take it back so they could take a look. The manager mentioned to her that it wasn't the patch, there was a pin-hole, showed it to her, and said there wasn't anything they could do. We were a little surprised because the tire was holding air just fine and there were no problems prior to bringing it into the dealership. The service center manager was rude to my wife, to the point where my wife doesn't even want to return because of how she was treated. He claimed there was no way that could have happened there or that his machine caused the hole. Instead of helping out a customer, offering some sort of solution, entertaining the idea that there is a possibility that the issue was caused at his garage, he was rude to my wife. Now, I'm not saying that he give us a free tire, but rather, try to problem solve. At the end of the day, the tire doesn't matter, it's the treatment of a customer that just needed some help that matters. Needless to say, we will no longer take our car to be serviced there, look to purchase any cars from there, and do any business with the Subaru of Ontario. And because you own this dealership, it is a reflection on Martin Management Group and I will certainly hesitate before purchasing any vehicle from one of your dealerships. I would love to have a conversation about this and hopefully come to some sort of resolution. Thank you very much.
