Now I did run into a couple hiccups, the side panels for my Ryker didn't come because CanAm doesn't send them with the bike, so they had to order them separately,(they do have them in stock now though), they are currently going through a remodel, and hired a bunch of new people. The other issues I ran seemed so small because Adam did A WONDERFUL JOB at making sure I got everything I needed for my bike. My overall experience was 9.5/10. The group of guys that helped me with my bike did a wonderful job. I love my Ryker no balance required, it's easy to ride, and I look cool and feel safe while driving it!

I spoke with Stefany on a Friday, rode down to Bowling Green and I was so pleased at the positive energy of the entire staff. I was greeted promptly, they had the motorcycle I was interested in ready, we did some paperwork, I spoke with several people in different departments and they were all very professional and very helpful. Joe performed a complete walk around of the motorcycle explaining the features and answering all my questions, Tanner in financing made everything quick and easy. Can Am is really not even making parts for bikes older than 10 yo. Mid South is two hours away, but what a wonderful ride home with bike functioning as it should. Not a yard ornament yet! I confirmed with the parts department before ordering that the plastics included everything I…read moreneeded. Based on that information, I placed the order. When it arrived, I found out the front number plate was not included and would cost an additional $30. I contacted the dealership to explain that I had relied on the information I was given before making the purchase. Instead of acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided, I was repeatedly told that I "wasn't charged for the number plate" and that "it wasn't a kit." While that may be true according to the invoice, it completely ignored the fact that I was told something different before buying. The issue wasn't the $30. It was the lack of accountability and willingness to make a mistake right.
