While the characters and Fairy Godmother are there I get to enjoy the party and take pictures. The characters are VERY engaging, painting fingernails, putting on tattos, granting magical wishes and answering every question the children ask! Darth Vader and Spiderman were over the top in fun with lightsaber fighting and web fights! We will continue using this company for years to come!

There are no words to express how grateful I am for Heidi and her Spice of Life team, who did the…read morecatering for my grandmothers funeral. From start to finish, Heidi was a dream to work with. Her communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism gave our family a sense of ease during an extremely difficult and hectic time . While working with her, we knew we were in good hands, and everything would be taken care of, right down to the utensils and ice. In terms of the food, Heidi's pork tenderloin is not just any pork tenderloin. After the first bite, you realize the flavors you're experiencing go far beyond how the menu could ever describe it. I could go on and on about how fantastic the mac and cheese was, and how the assorted desserts were the highlight, raising debate that they might be the best in the Tri-State, but I won't, because it's not necessary, as the other reviews speak for this. While the food is absolutely phenomenal, it's Heidi and her team that make Spice of Life what it is. Whether it's a wedding or a funeral, food brings people together and people ALWAYS walk away talking about the food. It's been almost four months and people are STILL talking about how amazing the food was at the funeral (something you never hear). For anyone that's looking for delicious, quality catering that goes above and beyond what you'd expect catering should be, I can guarantee you, you're going to love Spice of Life. We are forever grateful.

We were in good hands and these were two BIG parts of the wedding weekend that we did not have to worry about. The only downside is that she is not closer to where we live so we can use her again - because we would without hesitation! Heidi, thank you so much for taking the stress off of us so we could just enjoy the weekend. Michael and Amy Delaney

But the room was marginally clean. Peeling paint, visible dust on hangers, musty smell. The bed sheets even had a visible stain. Rust had taken over the curtain holder. It had a microwave but it was disgusting. TV remote crusty and covered with tape to hold it together. We were lucky that the price was very low through Agoda, it would be maddening to pay $80 to $100 for a hotel like this. Sadly the hotel down the street has equally low reviews and expectations. I'd recommend just going to Portsmouth for a hotel unless you absolutely must stay in Wheelersburg.
