Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). So the alarm bells started when this guy failed to communicate with me to what time he was going to…read morebe at property. He just showed up, unannounced. When he finally came, he gave me a quote for the job, but wasn't too sure when it could be done, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. He tried to stall the job and I was prepared to wait. Tuesday came a no communication such as "hey sorry we won't be able to come int today bla bla bla...nothing! So I contacted him today, Wednesday, about a possible date for the job, after all, people have their own life commitments pal, even if you too stupid to realized it. He an got attitude and he stated that they were backed up because of the "storm" last week and would come back to me by the end of the week. I returned the tex, already feeling this was not the company for us, that would be fine (it wasn't but ok), I just needed something more concrete as to when...got an attitude by this guy and threw it right back at him. A business that runs on poor communication is def not a company to do business with and not to be trusted. I took my business somewhere else and will be sounding my horn about how bad this guy was...You should go back to customer service school buddy. A complete waste of time.

One guy hopping a fence actually breaking the fence. Grabbing all the stuff that they cut off the tree next door. That property is owned by a rental company and when I started yelling at these guys they said that I was a miserable old man and that the property owner next door said it was okay called the property owners. They're rental people and they said it's the first time we use them. I go but they said you said it was okay. Now the tenant who we're friends with said I had no idea they were there and the rental company when I asked about it. What are you going to do about it?
