Obtained a quote from Robert. The services quoted on our contract were NOT fulfilled. I was promised that my two trees would be removed and the stump s completely grounded out to kill the trees as the roots were burrowing under my home and creating major havoc. I called the owner and spoke with him, he advised me that he was complete. He then advised me to pour diesel on the stump. I called a second contractor who informed me that Big Dawg's Tree Service should be ashamed of themselves. Why would you charge your customers and not fulfilled the terms of your contract. I do not recommend this company. Unethical, immoral, dishonest individual. Damage was also done to my home that was minimal. . It's the fact they chose to not disclose the damage that displays their integrity and horrible moral character. Amazing that the owner had time to state my review was "fake" which it is not!. This company is truly exceptional. Robert and his crew were incredible. I immediately referred him to my family the same day. Where do I start? 1. When Robert gave us the quote, he was honest and direct. He provided his opinion about how to enhance the property, and answered all of our questions. 2. Scheduling with him was straight forward. A couple of weeks passed by, I called him and somehow he immediately remembered our entire house. This speaks to his organization. 3. I asked him to accommodate my schedule, and he actually exceeded my expectations and got the job done 4 days before scheduled. 4. He was on time. He gave me an ETA, and he was there before the ETA. 5. His crew was very kind. Melo was great. The rest of the men were really nice as well and made some jokes. Melo had a great memory and asked about something we said earlier in the day. Now, let's talk about the actual work - fantastic. 6. He came with a large crew (multiple trucks, multiple men, etc) and they efficiently parked in the nearby as to not disturb the neighbors. 7. Their work was neat and orderly, and they cleaned as they did it - which I appreciated. They answered our questions and just knocked everything out in a timely manner. 8. When the job was done, the house truly had a facelift. I'll tell you that MULTIPLE neighbors stopped to see the work, some even took pictures and talked to Robert's crew. And here's a text I received from someone who saw the work, "Whatever money you spent to do the this job - well spent. It's light against night. This company is fabulous. They were not able to complete my service request because of a storm threatening our state. I was completely understanding, but asked if they happened to know of anybody I could reach out. The gentleman gave me the number and name of another company and said I could try them. The other company was also highly reputable and was able to complete my service. I feel as if this would've been any other company besides Big Dawg's Tree Service, they would've just told me no and moved along. They quoted a very fair price to trim our trees, including a tough one that is close to our house and drops a million small buds and a few palm trees. They brought a large team and had the right equipment including a large cherry picker truck. Robert stayed on site while his team worked on the trees They know what they are doing as a matter of fact they were leaving my house to go and meet with another owner in the development on a problem tree and the meeting would include the Cooper City Arborist. I had a couple of tree service companies and landscapers come out and quote a massive trimming of my property. I was most impressed with Robert and his professionalism and sense of service to his customers. He knew his stuff, is intimately familiar with the local area, and took my requests very seriously while offering helpful advice. After coming up with a plan, he provided me with a fair estimate and we set a date for service. He showed up on time and with an incredible team of trimmers! During the process, the crew accidentally broke a window pane on the house. Robert had told me what happened while informing me that he had a great glass repair crew on their way to take care of the mistake.
