Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable, Insured I was looking for a tree trimmer to trim our coconut palm, an overgrown mahogany tree and an overgrown oak tree. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. I have been doing my landscaping for over 30 years, reason for this was, I could never find anyone to do it the way I want it done. I injured my knee and was no t able to do it, I was referred to EBM by someone. I called and spoke to Elmar, he came out within 30 min of me calling. I am so disappointed that what started out as a good thing has turned into a disappointment. Elmar and his crew did a really good job on a one-day triage of our yard, which had fallen way behind. So, I asked him to put us on a regular maintenance plan. The crew came three times last month and were here for 20 mins. All they did was blow leaves and go. They trimmed my Royal Palms, roebelenii's, re-designed my topiaries, and took out an invasive tree as well as few other palms. Yep, as good as it gets! I called EBM initially for tree cutting services. I had a quick response from Elmar, the owner. They cut down the trees that needed to be cut down and gave me a fair price. Called them back again for more trees that needed to be done. Very, very pleased again. Their clean-up was awesome also. I also had a complaint from the city that part of my yard near the sidewalk was overgrown and I was out of town. Not wanting it to wait until I got back in town, I called Elmar and his team went over right away to take care of it. Since then he has maintained my yard and has done a fabulous job. He also again helped me out in an emergency when I had paying guests staying at the house and a big hornets' nest fell from the trees near the patio. Again, Elmar was so responsive, so efficient, he took care of the problem right away and I din't have to refund the guests any $$, which they really wanted more than the removal of the hornets' nest.
