The owners and managers should be ashamed of how they manage that location. To leave this person not full trained or comfortable is not only unjust for him, but not fair for your customers. He did go above and beyond to provide the best service he possibly could with the skills he had. All FOUR iPads were going off with orders. That is just cruel to leave him alone. Freddy's is THAT place. This spot has everything: burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese fries... all the comfort food dreams. I ordered the California Style (obviously), plus cheese fries and a frozen strawberry cheesecake custard. The burger was insanely fresh and juicy--zero dry patties--stacked high with cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Absolute perfection. The fries? Thin shoestring style (elite choice), hot, crispy, and absolutely drowned in gooey cheese. I was already in love, but then came dessert. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake concrete and... I'm still thinking about it. Think DQ Blizzard but 1000x better. Fresh strawberries, tons of graham cracker chunks, creamy custard, whipped cream on top--straight up dangerous. I will 100% be back because I now need to try literally everything on this menu. If you're even thinking about stopping here, DO IT.

We had the Freddy's burgers, fries of course and onion rings. Self serve pop and their signature sauce for free mind you of mayo and pickle - delicious. Ended the meal with the their famous custard. Must end each Freddy's with this. Want smash style burgers?!? This is it! Overall will be back again.
