Yvonne who was preparing our taxes, informed me that it would be $99 for the second look since she did not have to do the Federal or amend anything else. It took numerous phone calls and appointments to finally get them to complete it over a month span, and when I came to pick it up today and pay for it, Bill Naber tried to charge me $750. I let him know that was quoted $99 but he stated that it took Yvonne a long time and he could give me a discount instead. He offered to shred my paperwork when I declined.
