I did a wrap with these guys and they did a fantastic job. So good that I wanted to do a second one so I gave him a deposit for my second truck. For the next truck. It was about impossible to connect with these guys so I asked for my deposit back. Ultimately, they don't want to give the deposit back so I'll be filing for arbitration with a better business bureau as well as leaving as many possible negative reviews as I can. In 2007 I had my windows tinted in my F-250. It is now 2024 and the tinting is holding up. No fading or color changes that I can tell. No peeling. just tinted windows. Was happy then and still happy now. read more

I was given a quote for a wrap, window tint and chrome delete on our Tesla. It was finished when they said it would be, looks ok (there are some rough spots where the original paint peeks through, especially around one of the taillights), but when we picked it up (after hours, paid in advance) we noticed the chrome delete wasn't done, even though they charged us for it. I've spoken with Chad 3 separate times about refunding this specific charge, but he doesn't have the "authorization" and said Justin (the owner?) would do it on December 30th. I'm writing this on January 3, so no plot twist here-the refund hasn't been done. There has been zero apology for the extra charge, and no follow through on their end to make it right. Customer service goes a long way, especially if the quality of work is sub-par, but unfortunately I can't commend either. read more

I do not appreciate the customer service here. I had an appointment for 10 to get my windows tinted. I dropped my car off at 9:30. I came back at 12:30 to find my car still sitting out front. I walked inside and asked why my car was still out front and was told it was going to be another hour till my car could be worked on and 2.5-3 hours after that to tint everything. I never got a phone call about the delay. Very frustrated. I will be going somewhere else. read more

I scheduled a appointment for last week. I even asked if I needed to make a deposit to get material ordered. That answer was no. Took the day off work. I drove from Greeley to Castle Rock using the toll road to avoid traffic in the early morning. Only to find out I never made it onto his schedule. I was told by Justin he'd follow up and give me a discount. He took my number and 6 business days later I have not received a call or am email. Very unprofessional. So disappointed with this company. Two visits and nothing done. First time the window tinter had left for the day but no one took the initiative to call and let us know (my phone number was written down right with the appointment). Then today for the second appointment was told they couldn't roll down the windows on our vehicle so couldn't do the tint. Huh?? We've never had any problem with the windows, before or after. We had no problem rolling them down after picking it up. Thumbs down all the way. Maybe because we had a Groupon? In any case, horrible customer service. I just can't believe they don't know how to roll windows down. Another thing, when I arrived (and while I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front counter) another lady waiting told me she'd been there for four hours already as when they tinted her windows the week before the guy did a horrible job. She was waiting for them to take off the old tint and redo it. At that point the only reason I stayed is that they told her that guy no longer worked there. And I might add that the first time I called to make the appointment they tried to get me to upgrade which they said starts at an additional $150 and goes up from there. After reading the other reviews here I'm glad they didn't do the job and have already contacted Groupon - hoping for a refund! This was for my daughters first car and I wasn't looking spend $250+ to tint the windows. Maybe when she upgrades her car - but won't be with this business! read more

TERRIBLE Customer Service. RIP off!!! I got a groupon and was immediately asked if I would like to upgrade the film to tint my 2 front windows, because the groupon was only for the 1 year warranty (what do I know about tints) and that as ALL it is was said. Otherwise the lifetime would be an $35-45 ( mind you the groupon was $50ish- so hey rip people off thinking they got a great deal on groupon- might as well charge the whole EFFING price). I waited for 45 minutes it was done...another guy came out and told me the car was ready and the 1 year warranty means that my windows will turn purple :-/ ... WHY the F**** they didn't tell me before???? I would not even have wasted my time to go to that sh**** shop. I called groupon and they graciously gave my money back because when my husband called they hung up on him..bunch of chickens. read more

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They do not take care of their customers, they do return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (they were in the middle of changing name and you know stuff happens) I called and emailed multiple times to see if the design was ready to be placed on my car and was never given an appointment was basically told oh yeah well you can come in now. I did explain to someone that their communication was not up to par but obviously that fell of deaf ears because I now need to get a couple items changed on my design and did not get a reply to my email (I even called for a follow up and nothing, called again and the guy isn't even around) and when I finally spoke to someone they did quickly apologize but the attitude was more along the lines of "I'm busy, do you want this or not?" I understand people are busy and that is great for you as a company but the reason you are busy is because of your customers so I hope you learn and listen to the other people saying that your customer service stinks and change. read more

The wrap was not completed on time. Also, after about a month of having a the car back, and about 1,000 miles driven, the lack of quality is becoming more and more clear. The 3M wrap b being used is the best you can get, However, the people installing are not taking the time to do it correctly. On the bumper I can see where the wrap was stretched and heated too much. This leads to discoloring. Also in the trunk area, the trimmings are not straight... This is what I would expect from someone doing it for the first time. not for some professional company that charges nearly $2,000. lastly, for some reason this particular company said they could not wrap my door handles, So instead of calling me and asking what to do, they took it on them self to just poorly plastic dip this area..... It was so poorly done, with just one or two coats, that the dip is all but rubbed away. Further inspection of the car will show that the car was not taken apart when doing the wrap. Most professional that wrap cars will take off things like lights, door handles, ect, to get in the tight areas and thus not show a cut or seam.... Not these guys at Big Dog. I suppose of you are having a trailer done or a work truck or something than this would be ok. In my case I was wanting more of a show quality... And I did not get it. So if you want something that will last, and look good, I would suggest going somewhere else... There is a reason Big Dog is the cheapest. This place is a joke. read more
