The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. The vehicle needed to be towed from Evergreen/Northwestern service drive to a repair shop in Canton. He was given a towing rate of $250 (outrageous) and was told they would be there within the hour. I arrived at 1pm to sit with him. At 2:15pm (1:15 later) we called for an ETA. Was told by a very unconcerned young lady, that she wasn't the one on the road and couldn't give an exact estimate. But the truck was currently dropping off another vehicle and the drive time from there to our location was 22 minutes. At 3:15pm (2:15 later) we phone again. Was told the same thing but that there was no ETA, and when the driver was on his way, he would text us. At 3:45pm (2:45 later), we received a text asking for our location when that information had already been provided to the dispatch. Instead, we called back to cancel the towing. We were able to reach T&Ts Towing who arrived in 10 minutes and offered us a much more reasonable towing rate and with a flatbed truck. I will never contact this company again, and it's unclear how Henderson got a 4.1 Yelp rating.

I was transported to the hospital for evaluation (I am ok) and while I was at the hospital, my Pops had FRANK'S TOWING RECOVERY tow my truck. They stated they'd tow my vehicle to Wyoming St in Detroit and would contact me the following morning, which they did (contact me). I received a call from "Frank Boyd" stating he wanted to verify my number was correct before having his secretary contact me. His secretary contacted me not too long thereafter. The "secretary" by the name of Mario so happened to be the same person who towed my truck. He called and stated he was calling to collect my insurance info and mentioned Franks Towing Recovery having a collision shop. After speaking with him he did not seem legitimate so I told him I would give him a call back. I did not give him any insurance information and I also did not give him the consent to have my vehicle towed to the collision shop. Today we went to the tow yard listed on the business card and it was a vacant business/lot with no cars. We get in touch with Frank, the owner, and he stumbles over words and says he "forgot it was Halloween" and had my truck towed from Wyoming to Grand Sport Motoring & Collision in Southfield "to be safe". When we arrived to get my vehicle, a $3000 bill was presented to us. The owner stated the bill was handed to him by Frank's but also claimed the vehicle was towed to him in the middle of the night. After reading reviews, Frank's Towing Recovery & Grand Sport Motoring and Collision clearly work together to scam people and their insurance companies. I am not in any position to be scammed and I am beyond enraged. The Southfied police came up to Grand Sport Motoring and all in all, the money had to be paid in order for my truck to be retrieved! I wanted to raise awareness to prevent anyone from going through this with these two illegitimate businesses. I will post pictures to support this post. DO NOT ALLOW FRANK'S TOWING RECOVERY TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE!! Do NOT take your vehicle to GRAND SPORT MOTORING AND COLLISION either! They are all SCAMMERS !!!
