They towed a vehicle for me messed up the rear bumper. The driver assured me that he would take care of it. Is currently not responding to my phone calls or texts. The manager or owner said that he would take care of it "bro". He also not responding. It has only been a week during Christmas. They're not even worth 1 star! I had a flat tire and the temperature outside was 9 degrees. They gave me the runaround for 4 hours, blaming it on the traffic. I was just in Dearborn and it was dark and freezing. They never came, instead of just refusing my service so I could call another company. When I called, he was very rude, saying that it was a lot of people ahead of me. Mind you, it was snowing or icy. They made it clear that I wasn't a priority. Thank God for Motor City, who was all the way from Livonia in 10 minutes. read more

We had the worst experience with this towing company that was sent to help us. The driver was rude, on his phone watching movies the entire time he was hooking up our car, lied to us, not friendly, and dropped our car somewhere that was not where we requested. He dropped and left. The location is not even an auto shop. No one called us to tell us where the car was. The dispatch lady was rude and started yelling at me about "it's not their problem", blamed me for having my phone set on private number as to why they didn't call me, and that we needed to schedule another tow thru our insurance company. Now we need a tow to the correct location. This is unacceptable! The driver should be fired! read more

My car was parked in a parking lot unoccupied, a tow truck driver from this company sideswiped it and caused more than $5,500 dollars in damage. I called the driver who only left his number. He wanted to take my car himself and fix it an an unknown place. I called the company number and the was told he would fix my car at unknown place. When I requested the insurance info to have my Cadillac fixed properly he stated " I'm not giving that to you do what you have to do, then hung up on me". I had my son's vehicle he was drunk and the police said that he could not drive his car home and they did him a favor since he did not blow over the legal limit so I called seven my son's vehicle and me $279 which I thought was kinda high, but I paid it the next added $120 tow fraudulently. I tried calling them three times with no response back. I reached out to my credit card company and they immediately took the $120.00 charge off.
