They showed me and cleaned my filter and confirmed that I have a 1050 gallon tank. When they were finished they very nearly put the sod and dirt back to cover the opening they used to remove the contents. Laz also did an excellent job straddling my water pipes as he backed the truck in to the septic tank. By 9:30, I called them to check on the status of the service. A young man answered and said he would contact the driver and call me back. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.

I hired this company to replace the drain field for our septic tank. They started out doing a great…read morejob. I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. I should not have had water to clean up for over a week.
