Laz and Dakota showed up right on time Laz welcomed me the biggest smile I have seen in a while , you could tell he loves his job that he has been doing for over 12 years They explained everything to me as they performed their work. They showed me and cleaned my filter and confirmed that I have a 1050 gallon tank. When they were finished they very nearly put the sod and dirt back to cover the opening they used to remove the contents. Laz also did an excellent job straddling my water pipes as he backed the truck in to the septic tank. Had my septic system pumped. I was able to get scheduled within a week of my phone call. On the morning of my scheduled appointment I was notified they were having an issue with their truck & needed to reschedule to the next day, which was fine. Russell was very prompt to return our call for help, was able to help us troubleshoot over the phone, and came out at his earliest availability to help us. He was very knowledgeable (he'd been working on septic systems since he was a child with his grandfather), and our problem was resolved in under an hour with a filter clean-out. He was thorough and performed a quick inspection to make sure there weren't other issues lurking, and stayed to ensure everything was flowing as it should. His pricing was very competitive and reasonable, especially for coming out on a weekend. Everything was very transparent - no bamboozling with hidden service fees, and add-ons. Having been advised to have my septic pumped, I called Bud's Septic to come out. They had early morning hours and I needed that to not have to wait my day for them. They showed up first thing that morning! We're friendly and professional. Very courteous. Did not make a mess of my yard only exposing the septic entry point was, and that was a have to. I would highly recommend using thier services for ease of contact (no voice mail call back), times of availability (early and late), and thier staff (friendly and efficient).
