Thankfully, I sought out a transmission specialist for a second opinion. He diagnosed the issue correctly, repaired it at a much lower cost, and didn't require any money upfront. I've had my truck back for about four weeks now, and it's running perfectly. In fact, the transmission is now operating about 30 degrees cooler than before. Bottom line: Great for basic services, but be cautious when it comes to major repairs.

Our 2020 KIA Telluride needed an oil change and one of the exterior mirrors was not working properly. Hannah was our service advisor and she was awesome. She called us when promised (same day) and let us know the service was complete. The mirror needed parts so we have to return for that repair, but everything else was performed as promised and Hannah explained everything to us completely and told us she would keep us informed as soon as the parts are delivered and when we can bring the car back to finish the service. I would definitely recommend the KIA of Cleveland service department.
