Although I requested a Pinterest replica, I was offered an appointment to customize this design from the color and shirt texture, down to the font, color and size LIVE with the representative before printing. I can honestly say I've never experienced anything like it! The representative was very patient with changes and suggestions during the LIVE creation. It was clear to me that this guy was passionate about his work and that matters to me. The printing quality is exceptional! I've washed them twice already and the printing is still intact with no cracks or flaws. I should also add That the representative sized the printing for each shirt size up to a 3XL! Our Cub Scout pack (grades K-5th) uses Big Frog to print all of our activity t-shirts in youth and adult sizes. I like to support small businesses and Big Frog in Bellaire is right in the neighborhood. I appreciate how Charles knows me, our Cub Scout group, and makes it so easy to reorder the sizes we need. I suppose I could get the shirts a bit cheaper from a no-name online company, but Big Frog knows us, and we know them. They produce excellent products, give outstanding customer service and are upfront with the costs and time for production (which has gotten more uncertain with COVID supply chain woes). The staff here is extremely friendly & really do try to meet your costs. They are such fun people here! But the cost was just way too far away from our price point to be able to purchase what we wanted. It was a 4 color print, true. But we were totally flexible on the material. To get close to the price we wanted, our design would have been only one color. I have nothing bad to say about them b/c of their helpful friendliness. They have an actual discussion with you about your goals, thats a big plus. Let's talk about great customer service with fast turn around time. I'm a first time customer and I am completely outdone by the quality of the shirts I received. I needed some last minute shirts and they said no problem and meant it, OKAY! I have them my idea and they brought it to life!!!!!! I also saved $23.10 because they had a special deal. Don't know about y'all but I love to save some money. Not only do I have quality shirts but they had a ton of variety of different shirt options and the guy there was super nice and friendly. He worked with my sister and I to design shirts for a bachelorette party and he could not have been more patient. He spent so much time with us going over the type and quality of shirt, font, and overall design. We were a on a tight budget and he went above and beyond to help accommodate us. I'm sad to see I may be the first bad review they get. And personally I haven't even used their services! The person who just picked up the phone when I called seem to be much more focused on finding all the right reasons for NOT helping me and NOT take the order rather than hear me out, take care of my needs and help me find the best solution. In a phone conversation that couldn't have lasted more than 5 minutes. When I mentioned I would have to look for another service if this was too hard of a service to get help from them, this person said that was ok. I basically just needed screen printing. Guess they don't want to potentially get business to provide uniforms to up to about 4 locations with about 60 employees each. But quoting this person "that's ok". read more

If I could leave no stars I would! I went from not knowing what to really expect to now I'm really disappointed with them. I myself am a business owner and was looking for a company to help me brand my business. I went in and the gentleman was by himself and on the phone with a client when I got there, he told me he would be right with me and I waited, no problem. I went in with a few ideas in my mind but was later told I was limited only to clip art, which I was ok with working and figuring it out. I had no clue as far as how the process goes so after speaking to the gentleman that was there he explained the whole process as best as he could, even though the whole T-shirt and application language was foreign to me and I began to understand it. Once we started "designing" I felt pressured to chose a certain product even though I was just starting to understand the process. I would tell him I have a question he would answer and would again ask me what I wanted but still had a question. (Obviously I don't want to spend money on a test product I'm not going to like, I want to be sure). Other customers started to arrive and we continued to work on the process for a bit but I knew he had to help other customers. I asked him if I could give him some direction of what I wanted and if they could design something based off of that and then send to me to approve and he said no, everything has to be designed while I'm there and by that time I felt rushed as he had 2 clients waiting for him. He had gotten a ruler and placed it on my back saying the design would start from here and end here by pressing on my back. I said ok let's do it. I go back today to pick up and it was printed on the front! I asked him if he remembered him taking out the ruler and showing me where it would go? He said we discussed front and back, which is true, but we where going with the back! He then says obviously there was a miscommunication which in business means I don't want to take responsibility for it so ima say it's both our fault. He never showed me where or how big it would be in the front. He showed me specifically on the back because that's where we were going to do it. He offered to make it again the right way but to me that wasn't good enough as I've already waited for the first one now I have to wait again because of your error? I found an online company the same day I originally went to trig frog and designed some t shirts with them that had a much more expanded library to choose from at a much better price and quality was the same. I gave big frog a chance and they missed the Lily pad. I would not recommend them at all read more
