Needed a shirt for Father's Day and of course decided at the last minute. My experience with Big Frog was fantastic. Answered the phone without any waiting music, or buttons to push for this or that. My questions were answered quickly, kindly and professionally. Next I emailed my design file to them. 24 hours later they called to confirm it was ready and I picked up one great t-shirt. The t-shirt is of nice quality, just the right thickness, no see through on the white one (I ordered a second in black later). The first shirt I ordered in XL which turned out to be too big, definitely true to size, hence the second order in black size L, fit perfect. Haven't noticed any shrinking. My design was simple, and both the black ink on white T and white ink on black T came out beautifully, crisp edges on the letters. Repeated washing's to date and still looks great, no washing out. At the store, you'll find lots of other items you can print your design on! Now gift giving can be customized at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Big Frog! P.S. The first time I walked into the store I was greeted like no other buisness I been in. All the personnel made me feel like they were happy to see me, all were very happy to be working there.
