I've had t-shirts, tanks tops and sweatshirts designed at Big Frog. I can't say enough about the finished products, material quality, and the staff. The last tank top I had designed was by Kenzie. I had the thought of what I wanted but she added on to make sure it would be a lifetime gift you would save. I also love when they have a sale on their plain shirts outside the store for $2.00. I've already decided that I will go to Big Frog for any of my printing needs. I had an "emergency" with a shirt I had ordered through another service. Not only did this other service wait weeks to process my order, they sent me the wrong size - and it was sent so late that there was no time to order from any other online companies. Because the size I needed was rare, I took a chance and ordered another blank shirt in that size and hoped I'd find a way to get it printed. I checked online and locally... out of all the places I contacted, only Big Frog was willing to take the shirt I had and print it... not only did they do it quickly, but the quality was amazing. The owner, Ryan is honest and trustworthy great at quick resolutions to any issues. He's a wizard with the printers. Louis is a highly trained design team member. He is patient with my many changes to product p Design, always there to answer questions and assist with the design of any projects I present him. Purchased school shirts from this business for my child who started private daycare. After one week of wearing them and washing them (as instructed on rhe tags) the shirts he wore shrunk tremendously. The polos are way shorter than the one that wasnt washed and the cotton t-shirt is not able to be wore now since it's so short; it shows my son's stomach. These shirts were not cheap. $90 for toddler shirts should have lasted longer than one week! I reached out to the store and their response was below: I'm sorry to hear that you had this problem, we haven't received any complaints of shrinking from the other parents.  These are the shirts that (facility location removed) picked out to use, we just decorate them.  The care tags do recommend that they are washed cold and tumble dried low.  Unfortunately we cannot do anything to fix this issue. I contacted Big frog after researching where I could get a birthday shirt with a quick turnaround. I received a reply email from the company pretty quickly and within the inquiry I stated what I was looking for and I attached a pic. I was quoted a price and told to reach the store by early day as it was a Saturday. I had initiated the email overnight and the response and person of contact was Destiny. Upon arriving to the store I worked with a gentleman who informed me that the color I requested in the email was unavailable so my only choice for the rush job was white..... I still proceeded with this as I had already made the trip. So he showed me on the computer how the wording would look and printed the shirt. After the shirt was done which was pretty quickly, I expressed my disappointment of how blah the shirt came out. I wasn't offered in my 1- 2 minute design time how I could jazz it up with the design and font at all. I was offered a refund since I wasn't satisfied but was never told it would be 50 percent of the rushed price I paid. The store could have had better communication to what was available. The manager was not present and I was told that the manager was the only one that could do the refund. I left the shirt in good faith but the refund amount and time spent left me very dissatisfied and shirtless. read more

Poor customer service, it seemed to take multiple times for the initial woman who helped me to even get my name right. Then the overall quality of the print was dull and it looks like something that's been worn and washed for a period of 5 years. When i asked for my money back, he just told me to get out because i was upset as any unhappy customer would be about poor quality for what they are spending their money on! They made no attempts in fixing the issue, or offering a refund. If you're looking for quality. Look elsewhere. read more

I have done screen-printing on shirts my self and it's no easy task. This was a DTG (Direct to Garment) print job and came out incredible. Big Frog did an amazing job on baseball style shirts for my company! First of all, their response time and communication is lightning fast and crystal clear. Second, they are so so helpful. Big Frog provided a variety of different shirt vendors and styles for me to choose from and was upfront with all the pricing (which was lower than all competitor companies I looked at). I provided the design and they were extremely accommodating in trying to accurately match the color to their PMS system. I had the design screen printed on the shirt and ordered about 50 of them. Turnaround time was on the shorter side of average and they looked AWESOME! Everyone loved them and we were able to use them as prize giveaways at one of our conferences.
