Guess we shouldn't be surprised from a store openly supporting the Swindler in Chief. Last year, we bought a very overpriced custom shirt whose decal fell off almost immediately after wearing it the first time a few days later. But today, while there, we found some hard to find Labubu boxes. Say what? But I noticed they were all taped shut with masking tape. Turns out, my inclination to be skeptical was right. The boxes were real, but the packages inside were FAKES. Unabashed fakes. Being sold for more than retail. Eyes were bulged. Heads were extremely lopsided. Hands were upside down. Tags had misprints in the name. When we asked the young girl behind the register, she admitted that they only bought the bags and then put them in the real boxes. So... all but admitted to selling fakes. And yup, no refunds/returns. Helpful. Sell sham stuff then conveniently have no refunds/returns. This store knowingly bought fakes, likely Lafufus, to sell them in legitimate PopMart boxes at full price. We wont shop here again. Zero integrity. FULL Intent to swindle. Never again. read more

The girls working stared at their phones the entire time we were in the store, no greeting or even an acknowledgment that we were there. When walking up to the counter I had to say something first to get any help. Paid $20+ for a TODDLER size shirt for my son. We picked the shirt and the logo. The logo is so small and directly in the middle of the shirt. The positioning seems off center and seems like it needs to be up more. The adult print probably would've looked better had we been given the chance to choose. Not to mention the shirt hasn't been worn or washed and the print is starting to peel off already. Waste of money and won't go back. Should've known to turn out as soon as we walked in. read more

Prices are overinflated in this store. i bought two tiny shell turtles for over $8.00 each to find them (exactly the same) next day in another store across the street for .89 cents. Some T-shirt's do not have a price tag and if you don't ask first you will be shocked with the charges for printing a small logo on it. You have much more stuff and at a lower price in other stores including The Sandal's factory, the Swimming shop and even Davidson's Drugstore. if you really really want a different print In your t-shirt, Ask first t-shirt cost and printing cost. read more

Absolutely awful customer service, I just visited and the worker told me I had to leave because she needs to close. It says they close at 7pm. I was there at 6:35pm. She said I really need to close. I really need to close and basically kicked us out. All I wanted was a customer shirt for my 1 year old, but this woman wouldn't let me and said I had to go. So rude! Our faaaavorite store in Siesta Key!! My only thing is it'll be your favorite store as long as James, the owner, is working. He is so funny and nice! We always love seeing him. The other teenage girls on their staff will be a whole different experience, but that doesn't take away from our experience with him. I have some shirts that have kept up quality for the last 4 years. Everything I get from here fits great and feels great! I have tanktops that fit well and the print is awesome to crewneck shirts that are super soft and comfy, etc. Love this place! The customized options here are endless too. Don't go in here expecting a budget store, but the clothes are worth the price. 25$ shirts and 40$ hoodies/crewnecks are pretty typical. Not even counting the awesome customize print of your choice! read more

Bought matching shirts w my girlfriends there when she visited - wore once, washed and hung to dry but the lettering crumbled off. Stopped back in and asked for an exchange. Owner James would have nothing to do with standing by what he sells. Said "...we sell them but don't make it here. We don't know how many times you wore it. You have no receipt or tags..." I went in for an exchange in good faith that a store would stand by what they sold. All he needed to do is be a nice guy and exchange the shirt for an honest customer and continued patronage. Now I will never buy anything from his place again and will tell all my friends and family who visit us here not to shop at this store! Really great experience here! My boyfriend and I had been to other souvenir shops several times and were really pleased with what we found here. Siesta Key Outfitters is a small shop with a lot to offer--ranging from sunglasses, souvenirs and a large array of Siesta Key apparel! We were kindly greeted by the owner of the shop and he informed us that he can print us any sort of design he had on stock on any style shirt he had on display...all we had to pay for was the price of the shirt. He could do this in a matter of seconds. We chose to make a shirt for a friend, but the design didn't come with anything that indicated Siesta Key, so we asked if he could do that. He laughed and said that's all we were asking for?! Easy peasy. We chose a plain Gildan cotton shirt and he finished within seconds like he said! We paid $20 and he gave us a coupon for 10% off our next purchase, which included a free sand dollar. We joked that we had just purchased sand dollars ): The owner was so nice he gave me one for free! What a sweet man! Siesta Key Outfitters is a really great business with so much potential. This is your average souvenir and t shirt shop, located in siesta key village. There are tons of styles to choose from and they have sizes up to 2XL. They have a screen printer so you can have whatever design you like on various clothing. Prices were a little expensive, knowing the quality isn't too great on a tourist shop, but I bought a sweatshirt and love the design. read more

We were thrilled with the service and price of our custom t-shirts. We needed toddler and kid sizes on a custom shirt. We called several places before we found Siesta Key Outfitters. The t shirts are higher quality and the screen printing is some sort of vinyl press that gives a smooth, permanent print. ( unlike those little league jerseys where the letters are falling off halfway into the season). They had the colors we wanted in the proper sizes. AND the shirts were ready in a few hours. We have been to this store a few times in the past and never had an issue until recently. We visited a few days ago (without a mask nothing was said, yes vaccinated) looked around and purchased taffy. The guy asked us if we wanted to buy a shirt and said no so when he finished the transaction he put it in a bag and threw it on the counter with an attitude. We went back into town and my daughter wanted to go back in to look at the clothes, I told her no at first because of the previous experience but she really wanted to so I gave in. my 14 year old and 12 year old made it through the door first before I did and instead of addressing a parent the lady got snappy with her said if you don't have a mask get out! willWill definitely not go here again! the mask issue wasn't even that big of an issue even being vaccinated considering our vehicle that had masks in it was only a few steps away.
