I bought my son's school uniforms here 5 days ago. They charged me double when I checked my bank statement. I called them and tried to speak to a manager but apparently that's a new concept. They gave me an email address and told me to send my receipt as there was nothing they could do for me. I was told the mythical manager (Pat) would be in, and called at that time when I was lied to and told he emailed me back with a response. I still have yet to be contacted OR refunded. Poor customer service poor business practices. If you HAVE to use this business for uniforms, double check your bank statements. You're probably getting screwed too. I'll be contacting BBB as well while I'm STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND UNIFORMS I HAVENT RECEIVED. Find another embroidery location if you can and do not give this company your money. read more

I leaved 3 white t-shirts Big Frog Brandon 2 months ago. I wait like 10 days and they printed one of them wrong. The guy told me "if you bring another blank t-shirt I will fix it free." I paid $30 again for another blank shirt and I I took the shirt to the store again. I wait 4 weeks and I called the store to ask my t-shirt status and the guy told me "I have another orders that is why you have to wait it more". I told him okey and I wait again. After that I sent an e-mail which says "I kindly ask you finish my tshirt immediately because I need it. Also I will leave 5 star reviews for your store and bring another shirts." and same guy replied me: "your t-shirt is ready but dont bring another shirts I dont want a customer like you." I am shocked because he was so rude! In summary; I spent 75 bucks and wait 2 months just for 1 t-shirt. They dont care customer satisfaction. It was a big disappointment. Took 10 shirts in for screen printing. I approved the design mockups they sent me. When we got the shirts back, they didn't match the mockups. They printed black on dark shirts so now you can't even see the words. Some of the designs are also off center. This is the second time we have tried to use them and the second time we have had issues. I will not be using them again. read more

On April 5th I went here to get a hat embroidered and 2 tees DTG printed in a somewhat limited time frame. I needed them by April 10th. I was told they don't do dark shirts in-house because they don't have a pretreat machine, and they would not be able to do 1 of the (black) shirts. They said the other print would be done in house since it was on a white shirt which I provided. I was told the design I wanted embroidered on the 5-panel I brought was not possible because they "aren't really set up for hats", but was assured they could do a simpler design on the front and would have it done in time. Tuesday the 10th I called to see if the stuff was ready and was told the owner had to drive to Lakeland to get the hat and that embroidery usually takes 5-7 business days. This was never discussed during my visit to place an order. I was also never told they outsource the embroidery work. Apparently they don't do much in-house. When I got to the store to pick the items up I noticed a charge on the bill that seemed fraudulent. Instead of giving me the 10% discount promised for being a first time customer, I was charged $10 for bringing my own shirt and hat! I asked the reason for the charge and was provided no explanation for it other than it being a charge when a customer brings an item. First, it makes no sense to charge me extra for providing a hat or shirt myself instead of using the cheaper quality blanks available at Big Frog. Secondly, if this was a legit thing, why was I not charged $10 for each of the 2 items? It seems like a bogus charge to nickle and dime customers. In addition to being overcharged, the quality of the work is laughable. They messed up the image on the shirt and cropped off the top. The hat embroidery is an entirely different font than I provided and horrible craftsmanship. I can't believe they allowed it to go to a customer. I will attach photos to show what I should have received vs what I got. I will never return and suggest anyone looking for this type of work do better research than I did. Find a place that truly does this work, instead of outsourcing everything as Big Frog does. They are merely a middleman service. read more

I came in an ordered my shirts on Tuesday 1/15. I was told my shirts would be ready by Saturday the 19th. I called Tuesday the 22nd to find out what the status was. I was told they where in production. I recieved an email shortly after, saying they can't find the graphic for the front of the shirt. I sent that in. I called Wednesday around lunch time to find out if they where ready, I was told no, but in a few hours. I was called close to 5pm saying they where ready. I get to the store, I am handed the bag and thanked. I looked a the shirt, (which was my idea, not theirs) and the shirt was wrong. The front logo was to be just over the breast pocket, not the entire shirt. My funds where refunded. This is the second time I have worked with Big Frog. The first time the experience didn't go much better, other than the shirt was completed at the very last minute and correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. read more

Horrible customer service today. I've already ordered and received the order and loved it. A guy took care of my order the last time. So I went back today up order more shirts for my son's birthday party and I was not taken care of in a professional manner. To the point that the lady walked away towards the back and never came back out. I stood in the store for a few minutes and had to leave as the lady never came back out. read more

I had a t-shirt from an event at the congregation I attend. It's a great shirt, but it lacked the Scripture reference that was the theme. This store was very helpful and setup a one time job with the font, font size and color I chose. All of this at a very reasonable price! I will be recommending them as well as using their services again. read more

Fast and friendly! We needed shirts made for our Tough Mudder race and had them ordered, printed and picked up all within a week. I also like that they give a military discount. It's always nice to shop at a store that recognizes military families. read more

I appreciated Big Frog's efforts to overnight ship my shirts to our hotel as I requested since they were not ready when promised, however it would have been better if they had just said they couldn't meet the short deadline. I skipped ordering my preferred shirt from Etsy to prevent a shipping dependency and ended up facing the exact challenge I tried to avoid and the quality was much lower because they were rushed. And in the end I paid about $50 more for the Big Frog shirts than I would have on Etsy. In the end, sometimes a mom & pop shop on Etsy really beats a bigger company with a storefront that doesn't stand behind their commitments. I had to call Big Frog to check on my shirts instead of receiving updates when I didn't get the call they were ready at the expected time. Over the phone, I was promised they'd be ready that night or at opening the next day at the latest since we had lunch reservations in Orlando. I never received a status update. I delayed our departure time to be at the Big Frog store when it opened the next morning to pick up my shirts since I didn't receive a follow-up call to alert me that they couldn't meet the deadline. This is an hour round trip from my home. I was greeted with a staff that knew nothing about the timeline commitments for my shirts. After going back and forth to the back several times, I was told my shirts would be ready the next day. I explained the shirts were to have been ready the day prior and I was on my way to Orlando. I asked the shirts either be shipped overnight or the order cancelled. Someone came out from the back to get the hotel's address. I wish I had just cancelled the order at that time since I had no confidence in whatever would be the final product, but I felt committed since they had ordered the shirts when their inventory didn't have what we needed. The shirts arrived successfully at the hotel but stole another couple of hours from my trip trying to arrange the package making it to me and there was a hotel charged fee for handling the package. My frustration and disappointment continued when I went through the 8 shirts and saw various issues with them. I don't know the root cause - maybe they needed to cool before being packaged or were just poorly folded or poor quality, but one of the tank tops and my son's youth shirt had issues with the vinyl. Not much we could do about it at that point, so I just tried to smooth them out as much as possible and say a prayer they lasted long enough for a family picture at Magic Kingdom. Instead of these shirts being souvenirs for my extended family's Disney trip, they became a one time wear for a family picture. The vinyl on my son's shirt was peeling off by the end of the day but at a distance it's at least not visible in the photo. All in all the shirts were a time-consuming waste of money and a huge frustration that negatively impacted our vacation. Our initial experience wasn't much better in store either when the store was understaffed and the designer had to interrupt us repeatedly to grab orders from the back for incoming customers, answer the phones, assist the new hire, etc. etc. I saw the warning signs then that customers weren't a priority since it took so long to get the very simple design setup in the system. I thought I saw the owner at one point, but he never came out and assisted customers from what I could see. I gave the benefit of the doubt since they were understaffed, but I should have heeded the warning signs. The designer is very talented, but even though she made it look so quick and easy to throw the actual design together, the whole process took almost 2 hours because of the frequent interruptions. Online reviews on most sites were mixed and I really hoped I'd be one of the ones with a great experience but I wasn't. I wouldn't use Big Frog again in the future. read more

I have purchased several items here in the last month or two. I am continually impressed that they don't charge for logo work! It's also good to have a neighborhood shop you can go to and just purchase one custom (logo'ed) item, as opposed to only being able to get such in large quantities. I got one each of three different style shirts that Big Frog ordered for me, plus two t-shirts (one long sleeve, one short sleeve) that I had bought somewhere else and brought in to Big Frog - get this - after Big Frog was honest enough to recommend that approach! I also got one custom name badge for tradeshows and networking groups, and, a dozen embroidered hats. Along the way it was nothing but personalized service. I genuinely felt that Big Frog felt that *they* had to be happy, otherwise they knew that *I* wouldn't be. By this point you should see that these are rare qualities in a merchant from any industry nowadays. They, unfortunately, aren't cheap, but the customer service makes it worth it.
