The store parking lot is a little difficult to navigate if there is heavy traffic on Dale Mabry. The store itself has a lot of preprinted school gear for Plant and Robinson High Schools. This is the place to get clothing embroidered if you don't want to purchase your school uniforms through Lands End (I bought mostly on Lands End but thought that I'd get a couple extra shirts done here to support a local business). They are open on weekdays from 9-6. I called, and they state that for simple polo shirt embroidery with the school logo, the price is $7.50 per item. I hauled off to Teamwork and chose from a selection of bags to suit my needs, but in my embroidery request, and I was off! Christmas time rolls around and as usual I scramble to find what to buy my two teenage boys besides the usual electronics. After way too many unsightly overexposed trips out of the bathroom for both of them. I've decided grown-up bathrooms were in order. I ordered two oversize plus white bathrobes for my boys and was wanting to get them monogrammed. Fortunately I was able to find teamwork imprinted sportswear and with two days notice they were able to do a beautiful monogram with the color that I selected for my boys to have on the bathrobes. I knew that I should have just walked out the door after my first encounter with the location. I came in knowing specifically what I wanted and mentioned that I didn't have much time asking if the man could help me find it. First he handed me a huge catalog and told me to look there. That could have taken hours. Then he pointed to the thousands of shirts and told me to look myself. After looking and having no idea where to look I asked for his help again. He finally helped me for a few minutes and then told me I would be better off just getting my own shirts. I finally went out and bought my own shirts, came bak, shows a lady my other shirts and just asked her to recreate it in a silk screen. She was nice, took all of the info and said that she would call me soon when it was done, never given a time frame. I waited a few weeks and never heard back. I finally called to check. It took someone 10 minutes to find the order- the must not have any system in checking in the orders. I was told they were taking 2-3 weeks to do the work and I would be called soon. A few weeks went by. No call. I called them friday- again it took them 10 minutes to find anything. The man finally came back on and said that he wasn't sure why it was taking so long and he would have the woman call me. No phone call. Today (Monday ) I called back and a lady told me that I was told that it would take a few weeks (which I was never told) and that it still wasn't done- almost 5 weeks later. I expressed my frustration, explained the entire situation and she said she would put on a manager only minute laster to tell me there was no one to talk to. I finally picked up the t shirts today- never done, do silk screen. I am not sure how they stay in business these days with such horrible customer service and communicate and no system knowing that is going on with the orders. After 5 weeks I now need to go find another location to print my work shirts. Terrible disappointed in this local business. read more

Having work shirts made, for a greenhorn such as myself, was a tough lesson to learn for my wallet. I couldn't bring to myself to complain, then. I had hope to make it work out for the best. Wish I would have taken the only other reviewers advice on this business. They are unorganized, uneffecient, and rude. I needed garments printed for my own small business and the girl who took our order had no knowledge of anything about frabics, fits, etc. She ordered us children's tanks among other things that were wrong. The woman in charge of the printing couldn't follow simple instructions on placement and verbiage. We emailed for weeks back and forth with simple instructions. They are very bad at communicating. We had to take our tees back and ended up missing the deadline we had to wear our gear at an event. They did not care at all and the blonde with glasses who is always there literally laughed in my face when I had to bring back another tee that was incorrect because the mistake was so ridiculous. She did not care at all. Unapologetic, they refused to refund any of our order. The merchandise we purchased was cheap and poor quality. Do not use this company. If you just walk in their store you can tell they are a mess. I should have gone with my gut. read more

I placed an order for one embroidered shirt with a logo on it. They gave me an approximate date that it would be done. That date came and went and I never heard from anyone so I decided to call. The lady on the phone said, "Oh, we didn't know which of the logos you wanted since there is more than one." Even though we already talked about this when I dropped it off, why wasn't I called and asked this question? She assured me it would be done and ready for pick up the next day. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, they said they were unsure what I wanted to do since there were colors in the logo that were the color of the polo. Again, something that was discussed when I dropped it off weeks ago, and if there was any question, why not call?! Very frustrating... read more

I stopped in here the other day needing a t shirt for my daughter who attends one of the local elementary schools. They carry shirts and other memorabilia(if that's the right word) for all of the area schools from elementary on up. I even saw a couple of items with Greek letters on them. You can see the back room where they clearly make stuff, so your requests are definitely welcomed here. I got the t shirt and even a bow, as they had several to choose from right above where the shirts were laying. There were also uniform/polo shirts with the school logos for both kids and adults. Sizes start at XS and go up from there. The gentleman working was friendly, courteous, and helpful when assisting me with questions, etc. They are located right across the street from Plant High School beside a small shopping center(where my barbershop is located) and there is ample parking. I have zero complaints, as I got what I needed and more. read more

Worst experience ever had with a business. Order shirts and was told they would be done in 2-3weeks. After 3 weeks and nothing heard i went into the store to see the problem and found out that the T-shirts were never even started and was told they would be made and finished in the next couple of days. Went back a couple days later and they couldn't find my order, after about 45 minutes or so they finally found the order but didn't know what to do with it??? How do you not know what to do with a T-Shirt order.. I am now told that the T-Shirts will be done tomorrow hopefully... read more
