Highly recommend stopping in rather than ordering online (they do offer buy online-pickup in store). The older gentleman was so kind to my toddler and I. She was walking around the store in typical toddler fashion and he didn't mind one bit. I have a feeling he might be the owner. Although they were out of my size in a particular shirt, I found one I liked even better. He told me that the beginning of the school year gets a little scarce with everyone stopping in for game day supplies, understandably. So... shop early! They had everything from high school, college, NFL, MLB, FCC. A large selection of local HS wear; short and long sleeve shirts, sweat pants, beanies, ball caps, bumper stickers, mugs. He said that it was out being done at that very moment ( of course, right?) and that I could pick it up around 5 or he would stay a bit if needed so I could pick it up. No need I said as I would just pick it up in the morning. Next morning arrives, and so do I. This time I was not speaking with Don, but another person that informed me that the shirt was not there, but would be there in an hour or so since it had not been finished yet. he even wondered why I was there for it since I had just "dropped it off 2 days ago" Well, obviously this was not the brightest bulb, but I figured I would cut my losses. I offered to pay them for it and either they could deliver it or I could return later. Well, you guessed it, the bill for the shirt that I still did not have was $15 more than quoted for which he could not explain, remember, he also thought I had brought the shirt in just 2 days earlier. At this point he decided to call for assistance. At this point I decided to truly cut my losses. I left no shirt, nothing. Within a couple of days, Don did send me a picture of the shirt saying it was ready. I did not go back, why you may ask? IT WAS DONE WRONG!! Don still had not had it done correctly! Moral of the story? There are too many other like businesses out there. Go to them. Not only did they not complete the work even close to the time they said they would, they raised the price, and then... it was still wrong! And yes, I still have the picture of the poor work in my email in case you want proof!

Have only used for embroidery. Very happy with the results. I'd consider the best in the city.read more

Sun works with you in every step of the process to make sure the shirts you get are optimal for what you need (design questions, fabric/feel, quantity, color, pricing). We shopped around a lot and Soapbox Tees was the cheapest option we could find in Cincinnati. Communication was solid with questions being answered right away and frequent updates were given on status. T-shirts were delivered on-time and the shirts came out great. There was one shirt with a small defect (that I didn't see) but was identified by Soapbox and that one shirt was remade and hand delivered to our event!
