Communication was solid with questions being answered right away and frequent updates were given on status. T-shirts were delivered on-time and the shirts came out great. There was one shirt with a small defect (that I didn't see) but was identified by Soapbox and that one shirt was remade and hand delivered to our event!

I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. We've gone back and forth with them for a few weeks trying to get all of the details ironed out with a very specific type of paper. When they didn't have the paper we wanted, they offered to print on whatever type of paper we brought in ourselves. Unfortunately, their printer wasn't able to handle the vellum we were using because it was too thin, but they still offered to cut the vellum to size if we printed it at home. This was a HUGE help - considering it would have taken us hours to cut 75 sheets of paper to 5x7 size by hand. The prices are also spot on ... and the quality is fantastic! We're so excited to send these out ... and so thankful that we were working with a team that wanted to help us make sure the cards were exactly how we wanted them.
