Big Frog in Colleyville is the place to go to get a variety of T-Shirts and a ton of other items with personalization. I have taken a number of graphics to them to have them add to a t-shirt and every time the end results has been excellent. Recently I wanted just some good quality blank tshirts since I am working from home. I went up there asked if I could order that way and they presented me with a color selection of about 100 different colors to choose from and at an excellent price. There is no setup fees which is not usually offered when supplying your own graphics, their graphic artists will work with you to make sure the graphic you are using is of good quality and resolution prior to printing. So we placed an order for a team building trip. I got an email saying the shirts were ready, so I drive 30 miles out to this place and guess what? They didn't have them! Also, don't use your GPS to get here because it is apparently the wrong address and took me 10 miles out of the way. Totally sucks! I've gone to this place twice to print a design that I designed myself. Both times were for white on black. You'd think that it'd be easy right? Nope both times they got it wrong. The first time the white was ok. So I gave them a second chance hoping they'd be better, nope. The second time was worse. It came out looking gray and the design wasn't proportional to the size of the shirts and hoodie. The design looked like it was suppose to be on a kids size shirt. Super unpleased. We needed some shirts for a TCU tailgate. We had an idea and not much else. I have BigFrog an email with my ideas and within the same day I had an amazing mock up sent to me. The setup is part of the total cost so that is really nice. We had a run of 10 shirts done and ready in 2 days. I couldn't believe it. Cost is actually very reasonable for a rush job custom printed shirt. Another bonus is if you want to reorder shirts you can contact them and they do it right away. I brought in a design I had drawn at home, and I was immediately introduced to Chris, a super nice and talented graphic artist who made my design look a million times better. I needed numbers and letters on four jerseys and this was the most cost efficient place I found. Not only that but the turnaround time was quick! One of the employees, Alexis even said she could have it done earlier than expected. She contacted me personally to show me different fonts she found and if I had a preference before it was placed on the jerseys. She definitely accommodated me very well. When I first started my order everything was great. Everyone was really friendly and very responsive. I paid for my order over the phone. I called to see if my order was ready as they said it would be ready then and the lady said it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I told her when I spoke to the lady I told her Saturday was fine but I might not be able to pick it up u til Monday. She checked with production and had the shirts ready in 30 minutes. I go pick up the shirts and one was incorrect. It looked blurry, which they said they put a "glow" on it. The font I sent didn't have a glow. When they sent the final mock up, I just assumed there was a glare on the picture or something. When I brought it to the ladies attention, her response was "well we sent the final mockups". I agreed with her, but said it looked blurry in the pic you sent, but just thought it was the pic as the font I sent didn't have that. She really didn't care. I left the store with the shirt and called back when I got home. The lady spoke to her manager and she said they would redo it. This was Saturday at 3:30. They sent me an email when they closed at 5, which didn't have the shirt right yet again. I clarified in the email again what I had explained over the phone. They girl said she would have it ready by Monday evening. I told her that it was for Christmas and I was going out of town Tuesday and needed it Monday. Didn't matter what time. So come Monday, I get another email from them saying I would be charged a fee, which I didn't care. So I called and spoke to someone there and she said it would be ready either mo day evening or Tuesday morning. I said again I needed it Monday as I was going home Tuesday and it was a Christmas gift. The lady said ok. Did I hear from them Monday? Sure didn't. While it only took them 30 min to do two shirts, they couldn't do one in two days. I assume it's because it was a redo. The girl called me Tuesday to tell me it was ready, but I had already left. Again I told the girl that I needed it Monday. Did she apologize. Sure didn't. I recommended a lot of people to this place who bought shirts, but I won't be doing that anymore nor will I buy anything else from them. read more

I was planning a surprise 70th birthday for my mother and wanted to give her a special t-shirt to mark the occasion for a gift. I was told by the staff they could custom design a single shirt or in bulk and could have it ready in a couple of days. We started on a Tuesday picking out the shirt and creating and approving the design. All comps were shared through email and my comments were provided back through email as well. I was told as long as the shirt order was placed by 4pm Friday they could have it that day or early the next morning (the day of the surprise party). I placed the order at noon and received confirmation of receipt. I did not hear back from them that evening but figured they were busy and I would hear from them the next morning. I called around 10am the next morning to see if it was ready to pick up and was told the girl working on it wasn't in that day and the place where the shirt was to be picked up was closed! There went the birthday present! Later that day, around 2pm I got a voice message back from them offering to print the design on a different shirt they had in the store and they would not charge me for it. Needless to say this offer came too little, too late. I understand mistakes happen but If they can't get a single shirt order right, how can they be trusted to deliver other team shirts or other important bulk orders on time? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well they won't be given the chance to fool me a second time. read more

First of all, this place deserves zero stars. I would never recommend this joke of a place to my worst enemy. The process started out fine but ended terribly. I supplied my own artwork in the correct format (illustrator file with outlines) and printed out comps with instructions including measurements which made the project a no brainer. I received my shirts back with the front prints (vinyl lettering) all messed up. The lettering appeared as if they were, "picked off"...and as if they live traced my artwork and printed the jagged letters instead of using my crisp artwork supplied (lazy!) I didn't notice until I got home because I only saw the back prints and assumed the rest of the shirt was fine. So I called the store and the representative asked me to email pictures...which I guess saved me a trip, but she wanted to compare the pictures to the provided artwork as if it were my fault that I supplied incorrect files. So I don't hear anything back the rest of the day and decide to take my shirts back in the next day. Of course now they start apologizing for their mistake which they admitted was their fault and said they can remove the lettering with a "vinyl remover." I thought why not give it a shot since I was desperate and needed the shirts ASAP. They never called me to pick up the new shirts so I just went in...the shirts both had liquid stains around the letters and instead of telling me the truth that they couldn't take off the letters they just made the letters larger as if I wouldn't notice and placed the new print over the old, again lazy! I held the shirts up to the light and I could see the old jagged letters underneath! Super unprofessional lying to your customers...didn't even offer me a refund or anything. I ended up spending $120.00 on garbage, good luck if you choose to use them after reading this. read more
