I stopped by recently with my daughter and her friend to grab a pizza on our way home from the airport. I ordered it to go and the guy who waited on me said he'd wave at me when it was done so we could come back in and grab it while we waited in the car. The pizza was done rather quickly. Big Guys catered our end of season bowling banquet last night and did a fantastic job. All of the food was excellent! I ordered a wedgie, I picked it up and was handed a small bag. I question if it was a wedgie being so small and dude confirmed that it was. When I got home and opened it, it was about half the size of a wedgie I got anywhere else. It cost over 17.00 before tip. Ridiculous. Not only thar, they bake the lettuce and tomato inside! That is unacceptable, who the hell does that? Lettuce and tomatoes go on cold AFTER its baked. This location also had many complaints on the nextdoor app about customers getting charged extra on their credit cards. Never again! read more

If you order something extra like extra pepperoni or extra sausage or extra cheese make sure you double check the pizza before you pay. I messed up twice not double checking the pizza and I paid for extra pepperoni, sausage and cheese and this is the second time it's happened. It's my fault for falling for it twice. Yep, I went back to my "go to" pizza shop and I am truly disappointed with the service. The online menu doesn't work as the prices don't match the actual prices and the manager was extremely rude when I asked him about it he was really ticked off and so was I because I couldn't use my $4 off coupon which I had earned. The Mediterranean salad was $3 more than what the website said and the pizza was a $1 more so that's $8 more and that's not delivered. Ever since this place decided to get a new website & app they have been awful. I am all for new technology but only if it works. I just ordered an EX Large CHEESE pizza with extra cheese & got a cold piece of cardboard covered in sauce with NO cheese! The app changed it to no cheese. Who orders a pizza with no cheese? And they have my info to contact me. In addition, before the website/app it used to take 20-25 mins for a pizza. The app defaults to 45 - 50 mins. My pizza was done WAY before I arrived & was ICE cold. And burnt. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting they got my order right & did not look in the box until I got home. I like the traditional crust more then the Sicilian. The BBQ wings were delivered piping hot. The salad & steak subs were great. Garlic knots were delicious. The marina that comes with them is also full of garlic. I love a good homemade ranch, which they make, and the knots were also good dipped in ranch. Ordered a pizza with sausage and mushrooms. Sausage was spicy and thickly sliced. The pizza had good flavor. We also tried a buffalo chicken hoagie. That was disappointing. The chicken was breaded and had a bit of flavor but that's it. The cheese was baked on the bread and there wasn't any sauce on it. I would never order a buffalo chicken hoagie from there again. I will be ordering pizza and garlic knots again though. read more

I've given this place two chances and the one on Brownsville a chance. The first order was told 20-30 minutes got there had to wait another 20 minutes after I got there to get my pizza just a large pepperoni. The pizza was good enough they do use the good pepperoni and they have the right pizza oven but it was so small and it was almost $17. The second time here and I ordered but between the time I ordered and to pick up something came up and I called to cancel my order. The guy in the phone very rude said it was already done and told me to pay over the phone. When I said no he said I was banned from the store. Look things happen and I was nice enough to call first to tell them I couldn't make it in but the attitude of this kid on the phone even if he didn't say I was banned I wouldn't go back. This place is managed to bad the staff is so rude and they way over charge for what you get. The steak was a soggy mess with brownish lettuce and no flavor at all. The pizza was small in size for a large (perhaps they make their pizza smaller when using a coupon). You may have to zoom in but you can clearly see a dead fly with one wing still attached buried in the meat of the wing. After calling to make this establishment aware of this situation the employee continued to argue with me about how the fly got there and would of disintegrate in the oil. I've been in the service industry for over 12 yrs and totally understand that shit happens but for my intelligence to be insulted was the final straw.
