I've been saying for a while that I wanted to try Rialto's, and I finally did! The pizza was great; I was pleasantly surprised. We bought garlic Parmesan wings, and they were okay. Nicely fried but not very flavorful. And I don't know if I was supposed to grab them or they were forgotten but we didn't get the ranch and blue cheese we paid for. On July 18 2026, I ordered two hoagies and 03 slices of pizza. Everything was burnt especially the hoagie buns. Toppings on hoagies were incorrect. Called and spoke to the manager Terrell. He was awful, rude, and condescending. Terrell actually said to me, "I'm just trying to get you off the phone" and hung up. I called back and spoke to a woman who works there. During the first phone call I told them I want a refund and I got my refund. Do not waste your time and money on this place. Food and customer service are trash. If you want excellent food and outstanding service, go to Big Jim's, Mineo's, and Aiello's. read more

I have used Rialto Pizza for more than a decade for work meetings. They have never let me down. The students all enjoy their pizza, and I enjoy how easy they are to work with. Recently, I just started using them on a weekly basis. The owners have been fantastic to work with. They appreciate our business and let me know it. They take care to do some "little extras" that I have asked them to do with nary a roll of the eye! It is wonderful working with them. The quality of the food is as good as it ever was. The students still enjoy the pizza very much. Kyle, their driver, does it all. He is efficient, kind, courteous, and has always been on time. He, too, puts up with my "little extras" request. Wow! The food is delicious, probably the best pizza I have ever had and I loved that we had other options off food as well. I called back, and the employee stated they were closed, but our pizza was "coming out of the oven" again--meaning they lied on the first call. The food is decent, the service is always good, and ambiance is what it is. The only reason I stopped coming here, and it wasn't me that it happened to, that your crushed red pepper packets are 75 cents a piece, that's complete bullshit. Try buying bulk and putting it on the tables. After I seen the owner do that...I was done. You should be careful who's watching and how you handle people....kindness can go along way. read more

I cannot express the love I have for this place. It's the best local pizza in Pittsburgh and more than that, the wings, burgers, and hoagies are phenomenal. I am really picky with what I eat and they are willing to fulfill the strangest cravings with no issue. They have amazing staff and they even recognize my orders so it feels like they are extra caring and it truly brings out the small business community that we need more of in the world. This was the first place I had pizza in Pittsburgh and I'm not sure I'll try any other pizza! I was staying at an AirBnB in the neighborhood within walking distance of Rialto. I decided to make the trek and try their Greek pizza. The Greek pizza is made with Garlic Sauce with Gyro Meat, Tomatoes, Onions, Feta & Mozzarella. IT. IS. AMAZING. It's so good that on another trip to Pittsburgh, I made sure to bring it to a game night to spread the love. On top of delicious pizza, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. We ordered pepperoni and sausage, which they did put a good amount of on top. They also put a good amount of cheese on the pizza. Their pizzas are pretty expensive for the quality and in comparison to other pizza restaurnts. We paid $24 for our large. I normally always enjoy Rialto but yesterday when I ordered my pizza, I came home and the cheese fell off the pizza with all the toppings and I noticed that it was a reheated cheese pizza that looked like it was made a day before I bought and it looked like they just threw cheese and toppings on top of it and throw it back in the oven. Rialto is my go-to place for pizza in the East End of Pittsburgh. I love the options at Rialto: pizza to sandwiches to salads to appetizers to desserts and more. The food is high-quality and the service is always prompt and polite. On a recent visit I ordered the tossed salad (cuz veggies are important). I was pleasantly surprised to find that this wasn't the standard pizzeria salad (ie iceburg lettuce with whole black olives). The lettuce was crisp and fresh (a nice green leaf lettuce) with peppers, cheese and a breadstick. We ordered a small personal pan for the kiddo and a Sicilian pizza for ourselves. The Sicilian was great - a great crust with a perfectly seasoned sauce. Here are a few of my tips: - Come for the pizza, stay for the rest. The menu is big and everything is good. Why not get something in addition to your pizza? - Rialto's has a surprisingly great beer selection. Bring your ID, cuz pizza and beer are fantastic. - Leave a few minutes early if you are picking up. Parking is limited. - Get the pirogi pizza. Its amazing! Just moved into the area and decided to try the Rialto House pizza to see what this place was all about. Was not disappointed. Order for pickup, ready in 15 minutes. We walked over and took a look at the beer selection. $12.99 for a 6 of Magic Hat, not bad. Walked the pizza and beer home and was very happy with the pair. It's your typical local pizza spot and I'm happy to say this is very good and will frequent it when I'm in the mood for a slice. Good service. Decent beer selection. And really tasty.
