The stylists are fantastic and really good at what they do the only issue is the boss/manager.. she's very controlling and not the nicest when it comes to helping her other stylists. I had a horrible experience due to her not listening to my stylist choosing proper colors which led to (boss deciding to take over cause she just felt like it) turned my highlights BRIGHT orange when we agreed with my stylist we were trying to go for a nice deep auburn. I felt horrible not just for my hair but for my stylist.- before I got to this conclusion I figured she knew what she was doing anyways so I didn't see it as a big deal, she even looked at the photos and said 'oh yeah, I know what to do I know what we're going for, she needs these mixes instead' my stylist went back and forth with her about the colors she chose but the manager insisted on her pick. This is probably the harshest review I've ever done but I still can't believe it happened to me. I hope if she does she this review it's just a small reminder to 'stay in your lane' and trust your coworker's decisions when they're one on one with their own clients. Luckily I was able to get it redone and done properly without the stress of the manager coming around and wanting to take over again.

Not one or two.. all of them. They came off like press-ons. I paid $125 plus a $25 tip and called to ask about a refund. They offered to redo them, but refused a refund. I appreciate the offer, but I shouldn't have to come back and hope for a better result on a service that completely failed the first time. At that price point, it should have been done right and I don't want to waste multiple hours again. I've had acrylics many times and have never had this happen. On top of that, the salon was not the cleanest. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, somewhere that stands behind their work from the start.
