He denied that it happened when confronted and said he "has been a stylist for years" so it could not have happened, which is not an excuse. I could feel and hear my hair ripping from my scalp as he ran the iron through my hair. What I saw immediately after confirmed what I felt was happening. Even after explaining this, he offered no apology and he was nasty and rude about it. Never once did he offer to correct the problem. I have patches of hair missing in the areas where my hair was ripped out from my scalp due to his negligence and heavy-handedness. I had known him to be a professional designer before this, but it seems that he has lost his touch. I am VERY disappointed because I thought he was a better human. I love the location- it's new, clean, and has the most amazing tall ceilings and natural lighting. It feels good to be here. All Cut Up also recently acquired a floatation tank for float therapy. I have not tried it here but have elsewhere and I recommend the experience for someone who has not tried it. Float therapy is great stress relief and you float in a tank full of salt at body-temperature. It's relaxing and a great way to de-stress. Their products are from the Davines line that is made in Italy. The products smell amazing and they have a variety of hair care and even body care items for sale. It's easy to make an appointment and I like that they text you a confirmation. I also like that they have later hours so it works with my schedule going after work.
