First off, the ambience...so calm and relaxing. The cottage Sasi works out of looks like something out of a retreat catalog. It truly felt like a sanctuary! The property is surrounded by various fruit trees and herbs, even her waiting area is adorable! Upon entering, I was asked to fill out a form indicating problem areas and areas to avoid. She was very attentive to the information I provided, even started with a nice foot scrub before she began. Okay, so Sasi is pretty petite, but holy moly is she strong! I indicated that I wanted medium pressure, but now knowing her strength, I think it wise to go with lighter pressure next time. Sasi used a combination of stretching, deep tissue, lomi lomi, hot stone, and thai techniques, which was so nice. I just returned from a two week trip to Japan, so my back really needed the workout. Sasi worked out most of my kinks and stretched me like a rubber band. She seriously did not stop moving the entire 90 minutes! After my massage, I was served fresh papaya, thai organic tea, and grape juice. Talk about going above & beyond! I've been to over a dozen different massage therapists in my life, and Sasi has to be one of the hardest working ones I've ever come across. Definitely recommend!

This is the kind of special place that you see on those reality tv dating shows, that provides the perfect romantic atmosphere. From the second you step on the grounds, you see how everything is beautifully maintained, with plenty of foliage and bamboo walls for privacy between the hot tubs, walking paths, and buildings. Ron, our host, gave us a tour to show us the hot tub and orient us to the outdoor shower. He provided lots of information about the trees and flora that are flourishing on the property. He was extremely knowledgeable and felt like a botanical garden tour! He also gave us robes and towels for the duration of our stay, nice touch. The massage room was fantastic. It was complete with calming music, comfortable beds, awesome aromatherapy scents, and nice open air feel. Lauren and Janaki were our masseuses. We chatted with them at the onset to talk about sore points for them to focus on, and preffered amount of pressure. They both did a phenomenal job of soothing our tired muscles, and working out the knots. I have to say, this was the best massage I have ever had! After the massage, we made our way to the hot tub to finish off our romantic day date. Normally the hot tub part is first to losen up the muscles prior to the massage, however, we did it the other way around. It felt more romantic! But 90 min should be more than enough time to work it out. I went in, masseuse was on time, business was clean. I had a huge knot on my right shoulder and just swollen tight muscles. I asked her to cup my shoulders. After several attempts the tiny cups wouldn't stay attached to my body. It was a hard massage for her. But the job was not done after 90 minutes. I left still with a major knot on my right shoulder. At a $252 price tag. For that kind of money I should be walking out sore, but muscles relaxed. Very thankful for last minute booking, but I questions $253 and walking out feeling OK. It should Greeeeeat.
