I was having neck issues and sometimes when I walked I'd get this cramp in my lower back side. Before the appt. Dr Ann sat with me and we talked about the issues I had (just like my regular doctor does). I liked that she actually cared to know about my medical history. My other Chiropractor had me fill out a form and did the adjustment. After our talk she explained about ART (Active Release Technology) and how that will help me with my issues and proceed with doing ART. I'm not going to lie as it did hurt at times. But it was one of those hurts that actually feels good too. After she released a bunch of my muscles she did a few adjustments and talked to me again about her findings and suggestions on how I can take care of them. Throughout the whole appt she kept asking me if I was okay and also kept explaining what she was doing. I liked how she was concerned about me and kept me comfortable the whole time. After seeing her for a couple of sessions I haven't been back to her with those problems. She fixed me :) I also took her suggestions and re-positioned my computer screen and adjusted my chair which I'm sure has helped.
