This coffee place was a great find. The hotel I stayed at had a tear off pad of local coffees and a self taken coffee tour in support of Laredo tourism. The vibe was great, and the baristas were friendly. I asked for a cortado which was not on the menu and they had no problems making it. That's when I know they are a real barista. The baked items are self serve and included biscotti and muffins. Every ounce of this coffee spot oozed creativity and uniqueness. There was so much to take in and absorb. At the window the crew members and brewistas were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never once had an issue with their service or standards! We even got a handful of stickers :) We went back the next day to get our coffee to stay up for New Years and the big lines had all died down so we ordered at the window. The music is chill and not too loud and they have some picnic table style benches to wait for your drink.
